What ever happened to Carrie's Sister. She had a Sister when the show first came on. Then she just disappeared like she never existed.
My guess would be, the producers had her in the show for Spence to hit on her. But this made Spence a very weird character so they abandon that idea.

At times I always felt Doug is such a sucker for always giving him to the pain in ass Arthur.
In Doug's defense Carrie did enable a lot of it but at the same time it's just like Doug said, outside of Arthur's corky zainy behavior he's a really good guy with a great big heart who means well even if he is a big giant pain in the ass at times.
He's not that harmful and what would uou have him do ?

Damn, Doug is in his late 20s and has bought a house, a car and is married to a hot brunette. America must be so awesome. My dad is in his 50s and is still paying mortgages. This is so far away from me too and we are all college educated. This guy is a freaking mailman driver.
UPS drivers make six figures+ after 3 years. it was even better back then actually, you'd make top rate after 6 months. But yeah, UPS drivers make bank. semi drivers for UPS make upwards of 200k. More intensive and more drama than being a mailman though that's for sure

@3:20 - So he walks out the front door, turns left, walks alongside the front of the house passing a window thats to the right of the front door...but then the shot of the exterior at @3:26 shows a completely different house with no such window, and no possible way to have turned to the right after opening the front door...I guess we're not supposed to notice that...🤭
