LePhony is insanely narcissistic. The whole point of his “retirement” thing was to deflect the fact that the lakers were swept. No question he’s ruined the game of basketball

    • @WRNIIVIIII
      @WRNIIVIIII 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

He still never forced the media or fans not to talk about the sweep.
Two things can be right at the same time no matter how you want to paint it - fans and the media could’ve STILL talked about the sweep along with LeBron’s thoughts of retiring - they just didn’t want to.
JJ Redick pointed this out as well.
If anything, fans are to blame not exploring other platforms because fans care more about what Skip Bayless and Stephen A have to say about LeBron and the Lakers than the actual game.
Fans love the drama, not the game and they only have themselves to blame.

Fans have a freedom of choice of other platforms - whether to consume or I don’t know, IGNORE - it’s DEFINITELY the fans’ fault.
      1000%.
You can actually BLOCK any LeBron content.
ESPN and FS1 are not the only platforms that covers basketball and to say media members are on LeBron’s payroll when the likes of Skip, Bucher, Stephen A, Carton, Shady McCoy, Beadle, Rob Parker, Stephen Jackson (to name a few) exist is totally insane.
Skip Bayless just made a LeBron hate video right now on Twitter.
Just because media members do not hate on LeBron doesn’t mean that they are on his payroll.
The world is not going to end just because you discovered that a media member does not have the same view of LeBron as you.

and other legendary players for the entirety of his public life. He's never called himself
the G.O.A.T., despite having plenty of reasons to do so. There's a critical difference

If you don't believe LeBron has every women he wants you are comically uninformed. The rest of what he said is obviously true look at the 4 times he changed teams and brought top 10 players with him each time. He has got multiple coaches fired, tried to get coaches fired, worn casts to interviews and pretended to retire to change the narrative from yet another failed playoff run. How do you just brush this type of unbecoming behaviour off? Him cheating on his wife all time time doesn't mean anything for your life, he isn't a role model just another flawed person.

If all he had to do was publicly speak to distract people from the Nuggets sweep than the sweep wasn't worth talking about in the first place. The Nuggets and the entire NBA will never be the top conversation as long as Lebron is alive and probably far after he is gone. Hence the reason you and others cherry picked this topic to get views.

You telling me nobody from ESPN or fox questioned whether Lebron was retiring or not. Just stop it. A lot of y’all have jobs just because y’all talk about Lebron. Lebrons scoring record is an all time career accomplishment, Aaron judges record is just a single season award.

plays for points not for wins. Lakers needs ASSISTS and DEFENSE he does neither of those by choice to save energy only for shooting long 2's and 3's. problem is he's not a good 3 point shooter so he's doing what the team doesn't want him to do. Thus Cheating the Game. That is where this talk is coming from. He probably has taken some truth from Magic, Worthy and others telling him he doesn't play to win and only plays for his own personal points and not to do what the team needs him to do.
