India's daily food habit is also not much better. We eat too much oil, Indian sweets aka sugar, manufactured packaged spices etc. Its very important to balance oil and spice since its impossible to remove that from our food habits. And tbh avoid sugar most of the times. I cut of raw sugar, cold or any kind of drinks, ice cream, junk food, chocolates available in the markets, years ago. Stay strong and try to stray your eyes from them if you're willing to stay healthy at least if you don't exercise.

I liked the fact the you were specific in mentioning "Type 2" diabetes instead of generalizing it by hust saying "diabetes". Would love to watch a video on breaking myths about Type 1 diabetes that exist in our society and how different it is from Type 2 diabetes. Can Type 1 diabetes get it's special status comapred to Type 2 diabetes like what it gets in many other countries such as USA/UK? What are the pros and cons of giving such benefits?

I live in Australia and there are heaps of Islanders living in here. This video is 100% accurate, in my 15 years of living in Australia I have honestly never seen a Skinny Islander person. Other people living in Australia and New Zealand can confirm this as well.

Dhruv thank you for information about Nauru. We spent eight years there. For me and my family Nauru is our second home. This is true that Nauruans are obese but people are very friendly. My daughter speaks very good Nauruan language, which is one of the toughest language. We still have lots of Nauruan friends. We are in touch and we miss them. They remember us and whenever they come to India they meet us.

Excellent video Dhruv! Please make more on these topics. I live in New Zealand and there are many people from Pacific nations who fall under obese category. But, the onus is put on them to exercise and modify diet. No one talks about the institutional and capitalism part of the problem.

Agreed. It's a two part story. I think in Australia and New Zealand pacific Islanders tend to be lower on the socio-economic ladder. In developed nations poorer people tend to consume more fast food. The irony is, Worlds greatest rugby players tend to be Polynesians.

I would suggest a few topics
1. - "How to reduce the weight of the heavy School-Bags"? students carry redundant stationery items, on their back, daily to the school and bring it back ... I have an idea to solve this problem.
2. How to straighten the curvy/ low branches of the trees, the low hanging branches of some trees, come in way of people walking on pavements...... Sometimes a tree is seen right in the middle of the road.. it blocks a major part of the traffic.
3. I have experienced alongwith many Bus-passengers, that we wait for a specific Bus for Hours, abusing the Transport Deptt.. whereas other buses, which are not needed come too often.
Can Anyone provide some solution-ideas ??
I would like to see a video on cycle centric infrastructure for urban planning where essential infrastructure is created around walkable/cycling distances. Countries with good public transport infrastructure promote less car dependency.👍🏽
