Looks incredible! I'm also excited for the upcoming Wandering Nobles expansion. Just the idea of being a once proud and powerful family, falling short due to circumstance beyond your control and then rising from the ashes is so cool. Big win for roleplaying and keeping the end game more entertaining. I'm a big fan of adding more options for migration beyond crusades and maxing out a legend. Great work. Made i missed this, but would it be possible to reform a feudal empire into this government type, maybe if the emperor consolidated enough centralized power? Would be fun to do so.
Please could you guys change the current Byzantine empire symbol to the Chi Rho symbol? The one in the game represents better the Palaiologos dynasty period.
Even the chi Rho could not be completely representative, though I agree with you it would be more adequate, since the bizantinos didn’t have heraldry like the western kingdoms of Europe, they didn’t have an official flag for a long time, what mattered more were the banners of the dinastías who ruled the empire. That mechanic would make for a pretty neat aesthetic/historical detail., imagine changing the flag depending on the dinasty who’s in charge
That's exactly how it works! Kingdom-tier governorships aren't the norm, but a sufficiently powerful/influential governor can conspire to have their governorship "upgraded" to a kingdom-tier one.
