I went for what seemed for hours when it happened to one of my flight controllers. Nice to know there was a method that would’ve only added a couple seconds not hours of searching and downloading programs to set it back to off. Happy I have a laptop that supports my TX as a joystick so I can just plug it in

makes some sense I guess, as that line makes it look to the computer that it is a joystick, and the point of that checkbox is so you don't see things like joysticks in the dropdown, but yea... like many things in betaflight it would be really nice if the tabs didn't seem to hate talking to each other and the software would automatically check that option checkbox when you make this setting change. If it can, I am not sure if set is directly setting variables or if it is running a method.
Hello Joshua, I have the following problem. After updating to INAV 7 and updating my Radiomaster TX16S, I no longer have an MSP connection. The same is with a Speedy Bee 405 Wing and a Matek F405 TE. Hope you can give me some good advice. Many thanks Didi
Hi Joshua, so this did not fix my issue however Com4 and 5 or now showing up, but still, every time I plug in my acro 65 version four drone I don’t get any beeps and the port opens and closes immediately. Any thoughts on this? Thank you.
I did usb hid setup and having same problem I did use a driver fixer that replaced my driver I think that's why it is detecting board after using your method but how do I get old driver back
I followed a guide on how to use my FC (THFSII) to connect my TX (because the micro usb fell off my Taranis Crap Lite), and now I can no longer connect to Betaflight, which means I can no longer access the CLI menu :( I checked the show all option, it still doesn`t show up.. I`m all out of options here, I mean, I can no longer configure my quad, what am I supposed to do now :/
My Mobula 8 Walksnail edition connects to Betaflight just fine. I can do everything EXCEPT update Betaflight firmware. I've downloaded all of the tools and drivers suggested online, but no dice. Any ideas before I stuff this thing down the garbage disposal?
I’m very new and about to call it quits on anything other than DJI. Obviously as everyone’s states. Cause it’s not easy. So I’ve blunt my tango 2 and nano rx. Connected my DJI 03 air unit as well all on my geprc cenbot30. Yet still CANNOT FIND GET IT TO VIEW IN BETAFLIGHT 🥴🥴.
I crashed a whoop and now it wont show up in BF/windows. When i power ut via batt or usb i get the first 3 beeps only. Any suggestions? I assume its RIP
i know you have multiple Flywoo Firefly 2s baby 20 HD. Any chance you could send me a backup of your betaflight config, i made the mistake of updating without backing up
I believe i shut myself out of my pavo20 lol i changed uart3 to off and i think that was the usb port to tge computer? And now when i plug in the drone betaflight shows up the com port stm32f405 but i cant get into none of the settings lol how do i get back in? Turning on show all serial devices didnt work for me lol
@tuttuti123 I got that issue fixed, can u help me with a taranis qx7, specifically, getting a radio master ranger micro 2.4 elrs to work with the taranis qx7
@@Todd_G_FPV there shouldn't be any problem with that combination. Just look up any opentx or edgetx radio elrs setup. It should be similar. Just make sure that the major version of both the RX and TX are the same for elrs (currently at 3.x.x). If not then you'll have to update them, it's not too hard really.
@tuttuti123 the drone is at 3.3.0 and the module I was able to get 3.3.2 no problem and I saved the Lua script to sd card under firmware but I'm having trouble getting the module to even show up on the remote. The remote is on x7access 2.3.9 and ive added that file to the sd card under firmware too
Hi, I know it has been a while sorry for resurrecting, I've been able to connect my Receiver using the usb_hid_cdc command, I'm using the BETAFPV receiver that comes with Cetus X it connects flawlessly and I can use it on sims BUT the polling rate is atrocious and downright unusable, its updates every 500ms it's unusable. I'm using an AMD chip laptop so I cannot simply connect the controller to the PC which is a huge downer cus this was one of the reasons why I decided to go with the Cetus, but sadly there's a bug and my only choice is to connect through the Betaflight configurator. Let me know if anyone has this issue or if you know how to fix it. Thanks!!
I need some help anyone😫 my rekon 4fr has wobbles at zero throttle bad!when I say bad I mean it's like my camera is sittin ontop of jello! Lol i turned on thrust linearization and put it at 110 and it helped 85 percent better at 150 it helped 97 percent better but after hearing jb say the quad will freak out after small bump or crash into something I definitely don't want that....I'm scared to mess with the pids but am willing to get my feet wet since I am the only one that Flys fpv outta all my "so called friends" 😒 I'm eager to learn anything anyway its just how I am but don't wanna send my quad to the moon lol can anyone help me and tell me what I should do? I swear I would much appreciate it and would pay it forward to the next person that needs help with their quad🙏🏼👍🏼✌🏼

Used to have a busted CLRacing F4S, blew the 5v regulator...so i wired an RX to it, and just use it as a wireless dongle for sims
