Amar ranna ghor(my kitchen) u deserve many many likes. its truly awesome recipe. happy ramzan to you and your family. ive subscribed to your channel by just this recipe. i have a request. please will you kindly show diffrent recipes we can make from this. and also of 'sutar feni'? i dont know hindi name.but my punjabi friend called it buddhi ke baal. it looks same. i feel its dipped in sugar syrup for some time so that syrup is soaked in each and every strand and then drained and garnished with nuts . its not dripping like jalebi but dry. also the strands are bit soft and fluffy. i hope i could explain about this sweet. please i request you, if you can please show this recipe.

Thank you for the video ,I’ve been searching for this for almost two years. We don’t have Dalda or crisco in our country. Would butter or coconut oil work just as well?
Joshua Kyle Jonathan, you can make your own ghee by melting butter the proper way. I don' t know where you are from, but I had the same problem, untill I found out about making home ghee from butter, which is quite simple.
Very nice recipe.. can we add semai in sugar syrup for sweet semai...if yes then how much time I should dip them in sugar syrup..and syrup should be hot or warm☺️☺️ please let me know
In a bowl mix sugar and laccha,( you can add raisin or nuts, i always use slice almond.) Boil milk along with cardamom and cinamon stick and pour into laccha semai bowl. Cover for 5minutes. Serve 😀
Hello..very nice receipe.. Just one question if i want to make it Sweet, do i need to make sugar syrup and soak it in surup or i need to add sugar in dough or in dalda mix ture?
You can boil milk along with sugar +cardamom+cinamon. in a bowl pour your fried laccha and also you can add raisin and nuts. Now pour hot milk on it.cover for 5 minutes and enjoy. other option is in a bowl mix laccha shemai+ sugar+ milk powder and pour hot water ,cover for 5 minutes enjoy. also you can make kunafa with this.
Do not use dalda ,it's unhealthy. Use ghee is better.as suttarfeni made out of maidaa this is unhealthy too but once in a blue moon it's okay but limit to your eating too.just a friendly reminder.
