I mixed 1tsp rose essence with regular water (instead of rose water) in the dough. I added orange blossom water to the walnut filling instead of regular water and I also added 1.5 tsp of cinnamon and Mahlab each in the date filling. Thanks for sharing.

Every year i made this for eid 🌙 here in my country we usually don’t make maaamoul for eid we make other pastries but since i made it my family kept asking me to remake it , this recipe is by far the best 😄❤️ my favorite flavor are pistachio and the one with dates, the combo is amazing must try it 🙌🏻 thank you so much
