I’m so excited for may! Hopefully all brands will be cruelty free from there. This video was so helpful because i recently went cruelty free so thank you!
This new change does not automatically make brands cruelty free. There is still post-market testing. That’s why Leaping Bunny & Logical Harmony are such great sources :)
I know I’m late but I wanted to say that you have inspired me to go cruelty free in my makeup but I also don’t want to waste a ton of product so I’m slowly going to start phasing my things out!! Love this vid! 💕
I'm hoping that with the change in Chinese law, brands like Nars will become considered Cruelty free. I'm dying to try their products, but thus far i haven't been able to.
Thank you for this video, so happy to see more brands going cruelty-free! Would love to see a video for brands that recently are no longer cruelty-free like First Aid Beauty, they are still listed on Sephora as cruelty-free but on Logical Harmony's website, they are no longer considered cruelty-free.

Thank you for putting in the work to share this info with us! Cruelty free purchasing can be overwhelming sometimes but you make it so clear. Love these videos!
Thank you for this. I have a beagle and I just found out today that animal testing is a huge industry that still uses beagles and is way more common than I once thought. I thought these tests weren't even performed anymore close to the scale they are. It hurts to know animals are still treated this way. I hope we can someday get legislation up to ban animal testing.
Oh wow! I'm so glad EOS is cruelty free now. I LOVE their shaving cream and it comes in a pump which is handy with mobility issues. I do wish Covergirl hadn't discontinued their most popular foundation right before becoming cruelty free. I actually don't like a lot of Covergirl products. Some I do, but not most. I have a question if we buy from a brand owned by parent company who is not against crulty free does that mean that we are indirectly supporting the parent company or any of the small companies that are not cf and are owned by?
That’s how I feel! I feel iffy sometimes about supporting the company but where I live there isn’t that many options and the pool is much smaller if you eliminate that. (Not much of an online shopper either)
EOS shave cream is fantastic and only $4, my best friend and I were THRILLED to be able to get it! She's vegan and had been struggling to find a vegan shaving cream, so now she has one :)
I think the parent company thing is a gray area. I am recently cruelty free but very passionate about it! The reason why I say it's a gray area is because you are giving that parent company the royalties but if you buy the brands that are cruelty free( I would think) it would make them look more into it and consider to have their other brands go that way too. I guess it's more of a gut thing. I feel like there are a lot of brands out there that are not but yes they can be more expensive so that does make it hard. I feel like it is up to the individual it's just a very tough spot to be in. Personally I still buy the ones that are even if the parent is only in the hopes that they will see a spike in their sales and think about doing it to the others. I also go on their social media platforms and tell them thank you and now I will buy your products. I definitely did that with EOS and they liked the comment!

I would love to hear your thoughts on parent companies. I personally don't buy from cruelty free brands who have non-cruelty affiliated parent companies or "partnerships" as some claim. I would love if Loreal and Estee Lauder would go cruelty free since they're the big parent companies that keep buying up cruelty free brands.
I'm excited about EOS and Garnier. I loved the EOS balms, but I'm most excited about the fact that they have shaving foam. It's hard to find shaving foam that's CF.
Cruelty-free is not a big deal to me or something I look for... but it’s always great when more companies become cruelty-free. Thanks for sharing this info and thank you for always producing fresh and new content 💖🥳
why is it not a big deal to you?
@@airbearr Hi, I know a lot of people are very passionate about cruelty-free brands. To me It isn’t a big deal. I think there’s going to be cruelty brands no matter what. And if I love a product that will not keep me from buying it. I’m all here for cruelty free brands - but not something I reach or look for 🤍
Harm will always happen until the majority of people activly choose to stop it.
@@loveleyeyes1654 I’m personally just not one of those people! I’m all here for cruelty free brands, just not something i personally prioritize
I buy from noncruely-free companies. You're not alone and you're not the bad guy!
I love your eyelashes
I use and love Eos.
So happy that eos is finally cruelty free!!!
Yay! I'm so excited to hear about the movement in China!! Great step!
Could u please search about vibrant glamour? The product review are all amazing but I still can't get enough information about whether it's cruelty free or not
I went to buy things from Garnier as well, the papaya hair mask and the watermelon shampoo. I was so happy about it.
YEA!!! This is great news.💜
Yay for Garnier.... I’ve been dying to try their new skin care serum and now I can. Hopefully after the animal testing regulation changes in China go through (hopefully they do 🙏🏼) this will motivate other drugstore product companies to get cruelty free certified. I’m a drugstore girl and maybelline, L’Oréal, etc need to get their ish together!!!
Holy smokes! Garnier is CF? When did that happen?
i went out and bought that dry shampoo too 😂 i love how long the smell lasts in my hair
What should i do? I wanna throw out all of my moms makeup thats not cruelty free to show her what she is doing to animals but im thinking that animals that died have just died for no reason because i had a thirst of revenge. What should i do?
so happy that Garnier is finally cruelty free 💃
This video makes me so happy 🤗💙🐇
