@Josh 03 Or in court, her lawyers making the argument that their client offered to take her clothes off and therefore should have never been changed with a DUI.
The 2nd cop telling her that getting arrested is literally the consequences of her choices definitely presents as a man who is seriously tired of people begging and blaming him for the trash decisions they've made.
After some very abnormal, beyond the realm of imagination extreme trauma I had a bad evening and wound up arrested for some pretty serious stuff. After I was coherent enough to understand the officer came in and told me the charges, I nodded, looked him in the eye and said "Fair enough, no hard feelings" and continued to treat them like intelligent adults and not act absurd towards them. Apparently that behavior is some kind of magic talisman because they didn't even take me to jail that night but let someone come pick me up. I've always been amazed by how ridiculous grown adults act when being held accountable for the shit they full well KNOW they're doing.
These officers did a great job staying civilised, while at the same time making it crystal clear that they were in charge - that is _exactly_ how officers are supposed to act. Yes, of course there are situations when they may have to become more physically aggressive, but this was not one of those situations.
@@eyob7394 Bro there's videos of white women being slammed as well. Especially if their being violent towards officers, though men tend to get it rougher or more extreme measures taken against them. The entitlement of this woman and the fact that she, almost immediately, uses her sexuality to try and get her out of a DUI tells me that she's used this before and it's probably worked on occasion. In that state (Florida) there are many different ways to get your license suspended. She had a no insurance suspension, 3 “failure to pay” suspensions, and something else obviously…
@@ROBIN_SAGE Not to mention all the failure to pay suspensions can be at the same time. It doesn't mean she had it suspended five individual times. It could just be compounding. You guys did your job and we appreciate the flexibility and giving the driver every option to prove herself sober. Great job all around and be safe out there.
Field tests are not there to prove them sober. It’s purely to gather further evidence for court. The cops already know when someone’s under the influence. They know. But want more evidence. Well, that's like saying you paid for 5 seats on one flight. Your licence really can't be suspended 5 times at once. It can only be suspended one at a time. She most likely has 5 unpaid tickets that have to be cleared up before she can get it back. An alternative is that her licence was suspended 5 times and reinstated 4 times which I highly doubt this is the case here. NOT just THAT, because of body and/or dash cams they (police officers) actually no longer have a CHOICE, it's more like: once you've been pulled over with an OBVIOUS drunken dash cam recorded infraction (obvious: stopped so far out in the intersection you are practically IN the intersection [her], or driving 15 mph on hwy with 55 mph limit, or weaving all over road, etc) then when officer approaches your window your inebriation is so obvious even the untrained [us] can see it because you can't complete sentences you are answering with [her] or you're slurring words, or your head's weaving; the cop HAS TO do his job or lose it. Technology is now "their minds made up"

The case came up, she didn't show because they said they'd take care of it, a warrant was issued for her arrest and her licence was suspended. I would say that her green card is going to get revoked but she'll probably offer to take her clothes off for the immigration guy.

Because she's done it dozens of times and never got caught.
Oh well, if you can't obey our laws you shouldn't be here. I hope she gets driven from the jail to the airport by ICE to catch the next flight to Switzerland.
Because she is young and Swedish. Not that the cops care, but in her mind, she is just too amazing to be arrested.

I think if I were staying in a foreign country, I'd be sure to pay any and all traffic tickets I received, plus make sure I was compliant with any requirements needed to drive a car! Seems this gal might have figured she could just skate along on her looks alone!
(edit): What is it with today's youngsters and keeping their cars absolutely trashed! Seems like more times than not when I view these stops and the driver is young, the car is full of garbage! smfh. . .

It’s disgusting. I’m 22 & don’t do that, but I see it often. I also have seen it with older people who are drug users
I can't drive in a filthy car. I feel claustrophobic asf. My car has always been immaculate. I'm 30. If I have to get into someone else's car that is trashed I try not to touch anything and take a shower immediately after ASAP. It makes me sick to my stomach 🤢

Also an excellent move to shut down the playing-on-sex game. It's not so easy to get all flash-your-T&A when you're standing there in an oversized sweatshirt. Also, it's a good self-protective move to counter any talk about sexual harassment or such in advance.
@@Tindometari great point 👍!
She got away with it… being in a car full of drugs. She’s used to her looks saving her. It’s not all her fault. Society created people like this… it’s really sad if you think about it.
how did she get away with it? thats impossible lol
If your license is suspended 5 times, that's your sign 😅😂
Well, that's like saying you paid for 5 seats on one flight. Your licence really can't be suspended 5 times at once. It can only be suspended one at a time. She most likely has 5 unpaid tickets that have to be cleared up before she can get it back.
An alternative is that her licence was suspended 5 times and reinstated 4 times which I highly doubt this is the case here.
Put it another way: if you get arrested and put in jail, your term can be increased by adding charges but you can't be put in jail again, if you're already there.
Yeah no kidding! 😂
Good God what do you have to do to get your license suspended FIVE times?! I truly do know many good women drivers but this girls really playing into the stereotype..

If a man offers officer $1,000 not to arrest him that would get him a bribe charge. How is her offering to “take it all off” any different? Just asking?
Stupid ass LAW’S we have.
To my knowledge, a bribery charge would only stick if a specific dollar amount was offered
Just a technicality and it's more funny then it is illegal probly to the cops
The Double Standard....
That would be solicitation, that would be layers upon layers of charges not just bribery.
There are few sure things in life, but one thing is certain: Nothing you can say to an officer will change their minds once they've decided to arrest you
I don't know. The words "Do you want to smash?" definitely would make me consider taking the cuffs off now - so we can, you know, put the cuffs on later - if you know what I mean. ... She obviously needs a strong male father / husband like figure in her life - and in her pants! She is in need of av strong male in her life.
Technology is now "their minds made up"
@@privatename2648 Good, the alternative is she drives drunk on a suspended license cause she is pretty. Gotta love accountability
Depends on the officer. If she had offered to suck his d*** and none of it was recorded this would have gone way different. Plenty of cases out there because until recently it was even illegal for Cops to do this in NYC lol. You can look up the cases yourself.
Wrong, if you tell a officer “suck my dick just like your mother and grandmother did last night” will usually get you off the hook. They will laugh about it. But after you wake up from being hit in the head a couple dozen times, you’ll be free!💯

Sympathetic but firm. As an officer should be.
Seems her ongoing strategy is to continue driving without a license and nothing is going to change her mind or stop her from doing that.
We will just ignore the fact that vehicle licences are dumb because they restrict/prohibit use of ones private property by the state and if you have seen the way people with licences drive they don't appear to have a significant effect on actually improving safety.
But she's hot.
In all honesty, the system is pretty messed up. She could literally have paid off the tickets but due to the system, they not reinstating her licence. I follow a couple of other channels and you'd be amazed at how messed up the system truly is. Then if you get one from out of state? OMG it's 10x worse. Specially if you're a crappy driver and get a lot of tickets.
There is a famous case of a woman rented a car from Hertz, cops pulls her over for expired plates, gave her a ticket. When she turned in the car, the people said they'd take care of it. They didn't. The case came up, she didn't show because they said they'd take care of it, a warrant was issued for her arrest and her licence was suspended. She was pulled over in her own car in her own state and was arrested on the spot. I mean, who checks the expiry date on plates on a rental car?
