I just ran my first 3:37min/km avg pace for a 5K . And I now appreciate Running than ever. 4 months of work trying to break under 20mins and today I lowwered to almost under 18minutes. Looking good Luis. Hoping one day to join you guys in Iten for a mob run like this.
3:50 may be a bit faster somewhere else is an understatement. That's hilly, rocky and at altitude, not to mention being packed like sardines running. What an amazing display.
Watching the Kenyans run and Luis run has inspired me to run again in the morning. Running makes me happy, it supresses the tensions. Thank you for the gem video Luis, make more videos like this please which will make even the non runner a runner.
Greetings from Costa Rica. Love your videos and picture of Kenya. That group run looks like incredible fun although I can't hold that pace at my 70 years of age. Inspiring - thank you.
Hello! Thanks for watching and for the support. The group run was fun and challenging, I had the opportunity to join other group runs while I was there and it was incredible 🙏
Thank you so much for your videos! Your gratefulness and humbleness is just inspiring. You have a great mix of insight into training, personality, overall aspects of being an athlete and just life. Greetings from Germany!

Kenya kinds of Long Distance in Comp and Casual as well. Its a lifestyle, i love it. And whats even more impressive is theres different groups with specific targeted paces

It did feel fast but the terrain made it seem slower than if it was a flat road. Super fun 🥰
