If you have allergies take allergy medication or create a non-allergen environment in the place you sleep, this takes a lot of effort but it’s worth it if you have allergies.
generally your nose should become unstuffed if you're NOT an open mouth breather. being forced to breath through your nose will clear on its own. that's what i've heard 😅
@@LilPeachBooty Not always, not everybody’s sinuses function exactly the same, allergies are the main variable to take into account here, just because you nose breathe doesn’t mean your nose will become unclogged permanently. Temperature, humidity, and environment can all cause the nose to clog even if you don’t take a breath out of your mouth due to the particles in the air going through your nasal chambers.
