We need a class action against Samsung.
Samsung has been feeding us lies for years. There are a lot of people with defective lens and they keep telling them it's normal. In a lot of cases it's not normal. My phone has been repaired twice, every time the rattle comes back really loud. It goes away when you use 10x zoom but that does not prove that it is not defective. Also, when you record a video you hear the rattle which is INSANE for a company to say that's normal. We need to group together and blast Samsung on this....
NOTE: It's normal if you hear a SLIGHT rattle when you AGGRESSIVLEY shake the phone, but if you hear the rattle from rotating your phone then you have a defective lens.
Good luck working with Samsung warranty.
This is utter BS for a flagship phone.
This is utter BS customer service from one of the biggest cell phone brands.
A phone that rattles loud when you slightly shake the phone is NOT NORMAL.

I’ve noticed the rattling since I got it at pre order, since they i have suffered the phone over heating a lot. I took it back and had the battery replaced, but since then there’s been no change. I power it down of a night and as soon as I wake up switch it on type my pin in and it starts getting warm within 2 minutes

Phone is great even after an year... Rattle sounds isn't really much of a problem tbh... I scratched my screen badly in May last year and the phone works perfectly fine.. Even great after the android update... Very durable phone... Great hardware... It doesn't overheat on the snapdragon version as some say it does on the other processor... I'm glad I bought it.. Hope it keeps me going for at least three more years
