    I'm glad you two are enjoying yourself and that you're really liking this vlm op system.
    To me I find it to be more relaxing enjoyable and even therapeutic even though I love vlm and it's the only way will go because of some of my physical conditions I am fully aware that hot water extraction is still the king of versatility especially when it comes to being much faster and more profitable at doing tile and grout. 👍😁

      We are loving being able to offer both methods of cleaning. We had a restruant a month ago (and a video I posted 2 weeks ago) that we had the chance to see yesterday. It looks the best it's ever looked after using dual method cleaning!

      This is the Trinity Phoenix. It's a great machine. Give me a shout by phone and I can get you a contact from there that can help you. I like it over other low moisture systems. It does immediate soil removal and the foam cores on today's pads really is amazing what it can sop up trinityopsystems.com/

    Oh dear mark ! Think your falling in love with the trinity ! Lol but goodness what an awesome job it did ! Did big Tommy end up buying one do you know mark ? Did you pre treat the carpet ? I’m so impressed with what that machine can do ! X

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Big Truck Tommy has not bought one yet, but it's in his radar to purchase. We did not pretreat the carpets as I was testing to see how effective our new Chems (being tested in the past few videos and soon to be released) would work. I think even some pretreatment ahead would of course make it very effective too. We are very pleased with the results too 😊

      I would love to be there too. Tommy is going to be keeping me informed as too how it looks... And how much employee disasters are created, and his thoughts on how well it does in general. We looked at a restaurant we cleaned a little over 6 weeks ago (the night I arrived back to MN) that we did dual method cleaning (HWE followed up with padding) and it looks amazing yet! The best we have ever seen it... And it's even staying cleaner we feel than when the carpet was new. I have another restaurant bar I can't wait to try dual method on 😊👍

    I just ordered one. After looking at this video though it seems as if those jets could use some work. Check valves don't seem to work to well and it almost seems like the jets need extenders to keep from dripping all over the base. Maybe I'm wrong.

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I could have had the jets not adjusted well in this video. I had a piece of debris plug up a jet I believe and was making it work try to adjust by hand and no tools. So was finger tightening in place (and doing a bad job of it). I don't believe it has check valves. For the most part I do like jet placement on the unit over a couple other similar machines I have used. The jet directions do seem much better than some others overall. Hope you enjoy your new Trinity though. I'm in Florida and using other equipment with some people and do miss my Trinity at the moment 😁

      @@Brighterimagecarpetcare also I should mention, the cap on the jug with the feed hose, you cannot tighten it down to tight while using. I found it will suck the tank flat and even hinder allowing the product to spray... I've done this a few times until the collapsed tank was my reminder 😉😅

    • @Brighterimagecarpetcare
      @Brighterimagecarpetcare 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MarkSaiger that's good to know. My orbot sprayborg has the a neat cap. I may look into setting my trinity up with the same one. It has 2 hoses and this plastic relief valve. 1 hose is with the filter to draw solution. 1 is much shorter that doesn't even go in the solution to keep air out of the pump I believe or prime. And then I think the relief valve is to prevent what you're talking about. If you Google Orbot Sprayborg bottle cartridge assembly you'll see what I mean.

    Hey mark I’m interested in that machine how do you mix the encap up to put in that thing

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on the encap brand and type. But our encap can be anywhere from 2 ounces to 8 ounces per day gallon depending on the soil level. We mix it in the container with the water

      I like a padded microfiber to start with most of the time, then a Cotton Poly pad to final finish, or sometimes just even using that. Trinity OP systems has some of the Gladiator pads I really like. They have been out of their microfiber pads. www.directmopsales.com had some microfiber pads when I looked a week ago. I try to buy from Trinity when I can though to support them.

    • @MarkSaiger

      All my VLM videos have been our new Saiger's encap products we have been working on quite some time now. Finally got serious about them this year as this project started 3 years ago... Lol. But I put the stamp of approval on the products last week and approved the final labels last week too. I have a new double strength oxy Encap and a double strength non oxy Encap. Both will also be wool compatible too. 😊

    How far does a tank of solution go on say mid to low dirt carpets?

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We had a section of hallways in an apartment building. I think I took a 3 gallon container per floor, but I cannot remember how many square feet that was. I was using 3 ounces per gallon that day of the 2X Double Strength Oxy Encap (The Code Red of Encaps) so I remember it did not take very much product in pure form for the job. I want to guess around 2000 to 2500 square feet per container, but that is such a guess on my part tonight.

    how does this actually remove dirt? It looks like it is just brushing it in

    • @MarkSaiger

      The foam core is really absorbant. It is pretty wild to see what it can pick up. I have had some huge surprises with VLM. The Trinity Phoenix also has a thumping and tamping action that helps to bring soils out of the carpets. There are places that HWE would be a better choice for cleaning, but I have again been surprised what we are getting out

    • @finchbevdale2069
      @finchbevdale2069 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Chemistry is a big part of it. Chems dissolve and emulsify soils and oils, agitation suspends them in solution, absorbant pads soak up emulsified soiled solution via capillary action. That's pretty much it. Modern chemistry really has been a game changer.

      Cotton pads rock. I have used homemade 100% cotton pads, 50 50 pads and straight microfiber. They all have there place and time. I am one that likes to use more pads and make sure to put the used pads in a bucket with water and some washing soda to soak and the pads will look good. If they dry it seems to really set the pads to always look dingy. Fun in the sun!!!

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KD0LRG yeah I soak them right away with a bucket also. And I don't remember how many pads we used on this job. Just realized I didn't share any pad change out 😁
