Just watched a walk through of a brinkley yesterday. I think ATC did a pretty good job with this one. It's definitely above standard. But, I believe Brinkley blew it out of the water.
I have the 3619, it gets cold/hot. 30lb propane tank lasts about a week currently, High 70 / Low 39 this week. (Marquette, MI) In August we were in Outer Banks NC and had to run all 3 AC units all day to keep it livable inside. All that being said, we love this thing... Full timing since April this year.
Can the dividing wall be moved father back to give you more living room space? And yes better nightstands next to bed. Those small selves you couldn't put much on them. Some people have a cpap machine.I think doing away with window over bed makee more sense. Putting a head board would be nice. Who would want to stand on the bed to close and open blinds
@Deborah Scara I’m not sure if the dividing wall can be moved to different positions or just removed. I have reached out to a rep at ATC about your question and will let you know when he gets back to me.
@Deborah Scara Here is the response I got from ATC: The TV in the living room is a on swing arm bracket and can tilt down and out but not down. The 4319 unit we did the video walk thru has the king bed option and the corner shelves fit w/the king bed. That same 4319 model can come w/a residential queen bed which has a nightstand w/drawer on each side. The trade off to get a king mattress is losing the nightstands. The partition wall can be me moved 4’ rearward from what is shown in the video. The wall attaches to the bottom side of the loft which is 4’ wide. On the 4319 model the garage space in the forward position is approx. 13’, in the rear position 9’, approx. 19’ w/wall removed. Three of our 5th wheel models (4023, 4319, 4528) have this same partition wall feature and therefore varying garage sizes. Let me know if there are anymore questions.
Reply from ATC Rep: Hi Chris, Short answer is no, we do not advertise as four seasons. However, we have had customers that have used their ATC toy hauler in the winter and stayed warm, they just didn’t use anything tied to the water system (sinks, toilet, water heater, shower). The general guideline I communicate is they are safe to use the water system in climates that get below freezing, just not recommended to use in temperatures below freezing for more than a 24-hour period. For example, if it gets below freezing at night but warms to above freezing in the day, all should be fine. I emphasis “should” because there are many variables to take into consideration other than just temperature like humidity, wind, sunny or overcast. Our insulation consists of rolled batten in the roof, closed cell foam in the walls, structural foam in portions of the floor and radiant barrier underneath.

🤔 the dislike of that RV was the shower curtain. It looks like it was purshased at the dollar tree. 😂😂jk.
I agree. It’s a neat concept and I understand what they were trying to do.
The room it provides is amazing. It's very convenient to move space between the bathroom or shower depending which one you're using.
This is an amazing RV. Putting this on my short list!
It’s a different concept. It is a pretty nice 5ver

I have never heard of Brinkley. I will have to go check them out.
Hopefully the automotive paint is better than GM’s in the past and Carrie’s a warranty
Always like paint better than decals. I know they said 5 yr structural warranty but not sure about paint.
how is cold weather insulated.. many say these get cold / hot

We talked to them about that.
