    Thanks Helen, I was struggling with imagining the space meditation, this was resonates more with me as i was doing the same and what a timing was about to give up and your video shows up. when meditating i usually in the mind say hello the first word and stop then i can feel awareness was there when i said hello and then i stopped that way i am working on it. like it is super obvious that it is there and because attention goes to thought always automatically its ignored. But wanted to ask you at first when i try to be aware of awareness it feels like a contraction in head like some kind of effort but when attention goes to thoughts it feels natural is that normal will it reverse the more i practice. Thank You :-)
