I think this town squandered a good opportunity. Instead of building a parking garage what they should’ve done was build a new civic center with more modern technology and more seating. Then tear down the old Civic Center and build a parking garage in its place. The reason why we can’t get bigger shows, concerts, sporting events etc. is because the venue is too small. I consider MGM Springfield a failure too. But as they say it is what it is. Thanks for the video.
