@@Daiday18 nope not yet. I had a procedure called Essure done so my Fallopian tubes are blocked. I'm doing some things to see if I can get them unblocked naturally before going to get surgery.

Just be sure to look for all the things I suggest in the videp and you'll find the right one for you! Re: iron supplements, I have personally found liquid supplements to work better than pills for me.

Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, so I get a special vit. D cream from Earthley Wellness that I rub on my belly because I'm squishy anyway lol.
