Here in Slovenia, some things are not as they should be, but our athletes (like Janja, for example) represent our country in the best possible way and they make me especially proud to be Slovenian. Thank you Janja, we really love you! ❤️🇸🇮

Why can't we see Ai's incredible performance on lead? Didn't she get the furthest? I love watching Ai climb. But all the videos about her are just about her first two struggles on the boulder round.
The surprise packet of these Olympics! Turned out to be very appealing to friends who don't climb. The competition was fierce. Keep an eye on these women because some of them will be tick off some impressive boulders and climbs in the great outdoors while they take a break from competition training.
All of her dynamism the commentator says, as Janja does the most static hold in the entire route... Cmon olympics I thought we learned our lesson about idiotic commentary in Tokyo. Also if you can give 40 medals to swimmers who swim with deliberately slower techniques you can muster up 2 separate medals for the clearly different sports of bouldering and lead.
Have we found out what the injury to Janja’s finger actually was? If it was broken it gives her serious bragging rights saying: ”I won an Olympic Gold medal in climbing with a broken finger”.
Hopefully next time Olympic official channel will employ a more passionate and proficient commentator who has a decent background or knowledge in sport climbing. This sport deserves better commentary than this bland, robotic, boring chat.

This should have been a sport for a long time but is introduced since only Tokyo. I'm from India which might be your country as well and we don't have any Olympians here and I'm still saying this. Only a r e t a r d would think otherwise.

Her middle finger got trapped as she was releasing for a dyno. 2nd attempt on boulder 4

Probably not too serious given that her finger wasn't strapped or taped in the break period they had between boulder and lead
