This is a nicely appointed condo that has very good upgrades in the bath and kitchen. I still can’t imagine paying a million bucks for a condo,pool or not. Just fyi, pre Covid, one could purchase a beautiful 2000 sq home for less than $300,000. Now that 80 thousand Cali’s moved here during Covid prices for real estate has gone up. A new 2500sq home right behind 😅 is on the market for $1,300,000.00! It is a farmhouse style on an acre. I can’t imagine paying that much for that home either. I’m a pion public school teacher and would never be able to afford that. This is in Texas. I guess when the cartel takes my town over perhaps I can make extra money going gangsta! Just kidding😏
