this IS the perfect brownie recipe (for me). Obviously, everyone has a different preference when it comes to brownies, but mine is crackly top, fudgy and chewy. These brownies did it for me. I've been trying to find a recipe for years, like actually years and i finally found the perfect one for me. I did make a few changes, but these are just for cosmetics and texture. Instead of 1/2 cup of butter, I used 100grams of butter and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil (For the chewiness). Instead of using 3 eggs, I used 2 eggs (For the chewiness and less cake-like). Instead of using 200gr of dark chocolate, I used 100gr of dark chocolate and 100gr of milk chocolate bc im just a milk chocolate lover! And then I baked it for 20mins. It was perfect. Anyways thanks for this amazing recipe. Bless you for finally helping me find a forever brownie recipe.

Is that pan a 9x13? It looks smaller. I made these using the 9x13 pan, the brownies were poured very very thin. I think they're only like barely a half inch tall.
