Traffic is just part of the adventure lol! Love that fire in the hotel!!!! Just beautiful!!! Look at that view outside your window!!!! Those shower instructions are crazy hahaha!! Thats a pretty reasonable price to be right there and def would pay it for that view! So worth it!!!! Bummer about the food though! Beer makes it all better though lol!! Are you taping me LOL!!! Restaurant situation got better, I believe there were two open when we went in June of 22. There was a buffet and a regular restaurant just opened the day we arrived. Some logistical errors with correct staffing and coordination but Im sure thats straightened out by now. Correct, not fine dining but decent burgers etc and good assortment of microbrews on tap. Loved the video btw, nice job
Thanks for stopping by and providing an update on the restaurant. Our visit was during the heart of the Covid era so that surely impacted our experience. We sure do look forward to a return visit to both Glacier National Park and the Many Glacier Hotel.

Thanks for finding us. We mix it up throughout the year, mostly camping - this trip was pushed out a year after our original reservations in 2020 were cancelled when Covid came along.
Beautiful spot! I have always wanted to go to Glacier National Park. It is on my list and not too far from here. Looks great there. Thanks for showing me around. Haha instructions for a shower. covid still likes to just hang around and annoy us and the rules in these places makes zero sense haha. Have a great weekend!

The restaurant is now open. It is buffet style with about 4-5 main courses. Very nice.

Thanks - brings back memories. We did have a wonderful stay. Would be interesting to know what you were or weren't able to do at this time of year (as our June visit last year still had a number of hikes - and the entirety of Going To The Sun Road not fully open)
You didn't mention "The road to the sun "or that college students are the hotel's main staff.
Thanks for stopping by to watch. We released several videos from our time in Glacier National Park. At least one of the others has a segment about Going To The Sun Road, which we took to get to some of the falls on the east side of the park. Hope you have a chance to enjoy the beauty of the area.
How was the coffee at the hotel? Whole week with crappy coffee will do it for me
hmm - memories of food overall at the hotel were definitely not the highlights of this visit. The best coffee we found while staying in this area was actually when we drove outside the park and found a roadside coffee vendor. Just coming off two weeks on a cruise ship with mediocre coffee at best, we know what you mean. At home, we run our Technivorm daily with quality beans from Klatch, and make espresso in our Rancilio Silvia. Still, one of the most beautiful places we've visited in the United States. Why do first timers post their trips on youtube? They know nothing, offer no help for people and pretty much everything they say is wrong. At least experience the Hotel 5-10 times before posting anything.
Most travelers don't go to a single hotel 10 times. We did stay many nights at Many Glacier Hotel and spent three weeks traveling Montana. That's more time than most reviewers. Thanks for stopping by, and hope you can find the type of reviews that are helpful to you.
