I feel like its pretty unfair to say that he tanked a explosion that could have blown up Harlem because the explosion was converted into his Venom and his body is made to handle that kind of venom
I’d advise you rewatch the cutscene, he clearly wasn’t handling it very well and it causes him great pain when he tries that sort of thing as shown earlier in the story also

There was one more thing that i want to point out in the rhino fight. Before the fight started,rhino ran both Peter and Miles into a massive gas tank which caused a huge explosion. Miles was flung into a wall by the explosion but Peter went through the entire explosion with rhino and still remained conscious for a few minutes afterwards. And Miles beating rhino in that fight doesn't necessarily make him physically stronger,it was because of the venom blasts that were affecting rhino.
Miles was largely unaffected by that blast and was active fighting raft convicts whilst Peter was progressively getting beaten by Rhino which you hear over the earpiece And again that is a version of miles who hadn’t even discovered his venom powers 🤷♂️ significantly weaker than current miles
@@TheGamingRift11 The reason Miles wasn't affected by the blast is because the blast shot him back somewhere else. But Peter was still hanging onto rhino which caused him to be there for most of the explosion.

Random theory on Rhino: Miles only had to fight Rhino twice, while Peter probably fought Rhino a lot more pre first game, considering how many references there are to old movies and stuff. Miles in the first game even mentions when Peter fought Rhino on the Brooklyn bridge, which we never saw in the games. My theory is that maybe Rhino was able to learn Peter's fighting style and counter it so he could win any other fights, whilst Miles has a new fighting style and so far has only fought Rhino twice. Another thing is Miles' venom which could counter Rhino normally and his Roxxon Armour. That's my theory on why Miles won so easily against Rhino.

One thing to consider is that in the comics Anti-Venom has the ability to drain Spider-Man of his powers since they are radiation based and Miles was also bitten by a radioactive spider, so if Peter really wanted to he could depower Miles even permanently.
@@Forsakenruler I don’t think so, Ik miles was able to hold his own against venom but I don’t think it’s bc his electricity powers is a weakness, it’s mostly bc miles electric powers boosts his attacks to be much harder. Look at it like this, Peter is stronger than miles but miles attacks are stronger than peters when he belds his electrical powers with his attacks, also miles is a bit more agile than Peter and the electricy flowing through his vains makes him faster to the point he can even speed blitz enemies in this game.

You know they kind of nerfed anti-venom in this game because in the comics just by touching a Symbiote, he can kill it. Also his healing is vastly greater than the Venom Symbiote because Anti-Venom can cure cancer, any unnatural mutations, and give Flash Thompson his legs back while Venom can only repair things and replace body parts.

Miles if anything has the same strength as base Peter in this universe and this version of Peter is heavily nerfed compared to the main 616 Peter, the symbiote in this universe with a normal human (harry) was stronger than both Spider-Men so the Symbiote strength + Spider-Man enhanced strength there is no logical way miles is stronger than that. A side note in the comics miles isn’t as strong as peter but compensates with his extra powers

wanted to point out. That the only reason Miles beat Rhino on his first encounter was because of Peter. Peter taught Miles how to fight. Peter use the experience he learn and use it to train Miles. Peter lose during his first encounter because nobody was there to teach him. He had to learn it all by himself. If it weren't from Peter, Rhino would have beat the shit outta Miles. Also pretty sure Peter have better Durability, from getting jump and 3 days without proper rest with broken ribs just fighting. In my view Peter has better speed and reaction speed than Miles. We can see that twice in the game cutscene. When it comes to strength Peter is superior but Miles has better AP and hax than Peter. Durability and endurance also goes to Peter. The edge that Miles has over Peter is his creativity with his bio-electricity. We can in the game that when it comes to their powers Miles is way more creative in using them. IMO if they are to fight each other seriously, Peter would win most of the time.
I thought it might be a tie between them at first but Miles Spider Powers do give him an advantage his Venom strikes do some serious damage when it came to strength I thought Peter is stronger just because of their body types always felt like the more mass or maybe height depends how strong you are. Peter is more experienced but Miles had gotten better in his solo game he learned quickly so much Peter left him to handle the city himself for a few weeks let the young Spider be his own man like in the ending of the second game Miles said he gots all of it while Peter bees himself for awhile. Plus Miles did get a Venom upgrade as well lets not forget that. But I remember reading a comic of how deadly Peter can be if he didn't hold back he beat the absolute fuck out of Kingpin in that issue and I mean beat the fuck out of him actually showing blood Peter was ready to cross the line. In the comics electricity is as big of a weaknesses as sound is to symbiotes. And I think the development team for spider man 2 knows that so were very intentional to not make electricity a weakness to symbiotes to not give miles such a huge advantage over venom so that Miles and Peter are on the same plane field when it came to them fighting venom together. With all that said I think Miles's venom does as much damage to symbiotes as to any other enemy he encounters but is not a particular weakness to them.

@@TheGamingRift11 we are talking about symbiote peter. Miles is generally not seen as a character involved in venom storylines in spiderman due to him easily beating him. Because insomniac had created a problem for themselves (which was never a problem due to Miles’s being kind of unpopular till 2018 and also because if a story did have miles, it would be after venom was introduced to a storyline). Insomniac came up with a solution: its not a weakness. It hurts him just like it hurts any other criminal.

And the way he moves/fights even at that age is beyond impressive. There were more movies that we were supposed to see, but we didn't due to cancelation, but it's quite clear that Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man is the strongest Spider-Man we've seen in live action. Base Peter is more stronger, durable and smarter coupled with his higher intelligence. He also got a stronger spidey sense, regeneration, and experience. I think he'll win the fight with mid difficulty. I do agree that Miles got more abilities (making him more powerful, but not stronger), but I also believe Peter would be able to counter them with his own gadgets. Or he could dodge them. Heck he can even make a suit for it. Point is, if Peter is really trying to finish off Miles, I think he can. He's always holding himself back (not that Miles doesn't), but that's the only reason Miles lasted as long as he did against Peter in that fight. That was also a vulnerable Peter that Miles was fighting against.
Anti Venom Peter also wins round 3 cuz it literally "heals" EVERYTHING. Including cancer. So him wearing that symbiote and even touching Miles with it is gonna strip them both of their spider abilities. alot of people don't know this unfortunately

@@ATalesTruth- never apologise for being passionate - passion keeps the dream going I read all of your comments and I do have a few issues (although some I also agree with) Firstly the rhino thing, It’s mentioned in his bio that Rhinos suit is inherently Shock resistant which if anything makes Miles feats more impressive - and that is a miles that LITERALLY JUST discovered his abilities yet he still beat a guy who gives Peter issues Keep in mind as well Peter in retrospect agrees that he can’t take Rhino in a brawl, he has to be smarter/faster to win… so I think that does prove Miles >> Peter especially as that’s a far weaker miles than the PS5 version The Mr Negative fight I think miles is likely conflicted in that fight as he’s clearly torn between his responsibility’s as Spiderman vs his hatred for Li… (or at least that’s how I interpreted it) Although even taking his Bioelectricity out of the equation Miles alongside Anti Venom could damage Venom with their raw punches (and yes Venom wasn’t trying to kill either) but even so it’s still shown that they are somewhat comparable Enough to justify Miles >> Peter in raw stats even without his bioelectricity Although I doubt he would even run out of power against base Peter since even when he immediately discovered his powers he still brought down rhino

In terms of pure strength, Miles usually always beats Peter. (I say usually purely because of the view times we've seen Pete drop the jokes and DOMINATE whoever is facing him in the comics.) But I feel that in terms of durability, Peter has it. When it comes to strategy, Peter takes this entirely. Peter is just him in this spot. Stamina wise, Peter and Miles are around even, but I feel Peter still takes this because of how much energy bioelectricity takes out of Miles. In terms of symbiote, Peter dominates in every category, increased healing, strength, speed, and partially smarts. However, in the game, Pete still pushes back against the symbiote and refuses to kill+the bell. Now anti-venom. Anti-Venom is strange in the sense that HE WOULD SLAM THE SHIT OUT OF MILES IN EVERY CATEGORY. That's my take, very similar to the video. Miles outstrengths Pete in base but it'd still be rather close anyway because Pete's pure strategy, add in symbiote to Pete, he just thrashes.

Miles without his venom strike is technically physically weaker, the only reason why it worked on Peter is because, it’s electricity, electricity hurts, Peter easily beats miles in a fair fight without the symbiote due to experience, also same thing with rhino, miles technically used his venom , which again electricity hurts, I’d be surprised if miles didn’t win, plus Peter took more than 8 hits, miles took one hard one, Peter technically had to fight him longer.

Prior to the premiere of Miles Morales, in an interview for Game Informer, James Ham, senior animator on Miles Morales, outright stated that Peter possesses greater upper body strength than Miles: "James Ham, the senior animator on this project, says that while the Venom Punch is iconic to Miles, he uses his legs more than his fists in combat since he doesn't have the upper-body strength of his mentor." This is also evident at the beginning of the game, when Miles goes flying when Rhino runs through an explosion, while Peter manages to stay on his back, only finally being overwhelmed after Rhino ran through another building and took several more explosions point blank range.
Honestly I think Peter could take all 3 rounds, base vs base I would c Pete winning mid-high, he is way to smart, has way better tech, and MUCH more exp. And while exp wouldn’t necessarily matter since Miles has all these extra abilities, still it’s smth to consider. Miles camo wouldn’t work cuz his Spider-Sense (his sense was nerfed in SM2, if it works how it did in SM1 it’s no contest) and with all his tech Pete would have an advantage, especially with prep time. Random encounter Pete wins mid-high, prep time Pete wins low diff, Symbiote would win low-mid and Anti-Venom would win low. I respect ur opinion tho and this is just mine nice vid
I hate when people say that Peter gets Low Diff by Miles, it's degrading his character. Peter is older and has been doing it for years. Miles has been only doing it for years or two. Saying the only way he wins is by getting a power upgrade is just stupid. Peter has fought Rhino before and Miles was stupid mad in that fight as well, we have seen in the series that when a spider man is mad they get much stronger. For a example at the end of spider man no way home we see Tom Holland spider man beat The green goblin that earlier on in the film we saw him loss to him. It's just a spider man thing. First of all these games would be a terrible example for such a fight based purely on how they fight in it. Assuming both would fight eachother as enemies and assuming it is personal for some reason i bet my money on the older more experienced Spider-Man. More powers does not always mean more powerfull and potentially leaves you also with more weaknesses and he is the type of guy who exploits them. Invisibility would also not help Miles much as both have a Spidey Sense. In the spirit of the game it would be Powers against Tech. And since he is older and at the height of his prime Miles has a disadvantage as Parker fought enemies like Shocker or Elektro. But at the end of the day i see these two just being to friendly to fight one another.
Great video but I just wanted to say that in an interview with Bryan Intihar, the director of the game he stated that the symbiote only has one weakness being sound and not miles bio electricity so this makes a black suit Peter way more powerful than miles even if he goes all out
note for when miles hit the energy thingy in miles spider man at the end of the game couldnt he of absorbed a bit of the power due to his abilities im not good with these things so
I believe Peter Parker would win pretty much every time. 1 peter Parker has fought electro who has electric powers, same as Miles Morales. So he has experience fighting somebody with electric based powers and in the first game, he says he upgraded his suit to help protect him more from electric attacks. 2 Peter Parker has more experience in combat than Miles Morales. 3 peter Parker is more intelligent than Miles Morales.

@@TheGamingRift11 fair, you are absolutely correct. Miles does have experience with his new abilities. but Miles does lack the intelligence that Peter has. Miles is smart and we see that in the games. It’s just that we see Peter have more gadgets than Miles and pretty much anything that Genki can cook up for Miles, Peter can cook up as well. So I would say they’re pretty even in the technical standpoint. Yes, Miles may be more powerful than Peter because of his venom abilities. But I believe Peter can cook up a gadget that would disable Miles venom abilities for a period of time. When that happens, Peter does have more combat experience. Not to mention, I’m pretty sure Peter has taught him some tricks so he would know those tricks if Miles was going to do them like what taskmaster does in the first Spider-Man game. I do think Miles does have a chance at possibly beating Peter, but I think more times than not Peter would win.

And when the city is in turmoil, even if Peter had a new suit ready to go, given the choice between his default suit and a fashion experiment Peter would always choose his default suit, cause that's when the people of his city need a familiar stable symbol of hope the most. Considering how smart tech wise Peter is he 100% would make Lenses in his mask that see MIiles when he is invisible, if villains can do it Peter could easily, He would also just wear his electro proof suit and it would negate his powers, now we are left with a contest of strength that of which Peter is way stronger physically half due to age and the other half due to being selected by the Spider-Totem thus granting him very great physical strength, when you take context into the equation Peter stomps 100% of the time. Thing that pisses me off is People called this shit would happen the min miles was created. Peter is definitely stronger being slightly more intelligent, strong, and fast. Miles may have some advantage in some places because of the bio electricity, but Insomniac Peter is faster than lightning.

Actually, now that I have done very DEEP research on spider-man 2 game (like very deep research, looking for every statement & detail & etc). I actually change my mind on some things (1 might be a crazy claim in which I can explain why to you if you like). That being: Peter Parker (anti-venom) miles morales (close to end-game via fighting venom) > miles morales (When fighting symbiote Peter Parker) > Peter Parker (symbiote) > Peter Parker (base). These are all in terms of strength ^. Anti-venom Peter Parker being stronger than miles morales is actually just an assumption with nothing backing it up once so ever (in fact, you be SURPRISED that there’s actually but BARELY more arguments of miles morales > (anti-venom) Peter Parker during the fight with venom. I now disagree that Peter Parker (symbiote) is significantly stronger than miles morales (via after watching the fight & analysis what they have done) & which now if anything. I believe MILES was the one who’s stronger during this fight (not including his venom & electric power) In which I can explain ALL of this if you like

I agree with this. I noticed that miles evolved along with peter. In Spider-Man 1 Peters max health was 200. In Miles Morales miles' max was 175. In Spider-Man 2, both can reach 200. I really like this video, keep it up. (also the evolved suit is still dog water)
I agree with most of the points, miles would best Peter in base form because he’s basically a less experienced Peter with the ability to create, absorb, and shoot out electricity and can tank lethal amounts of electricity with barely any pain. Miles would obviously lose to the symbiotes because they give extra strength, ranged ability, extra endurance, insane healing, and numerous restraints. I don’t think the severity of the symbiote suits beating miles would be that bad but that’s just my opinion. The main things I disagree with are peters spider arms being able to shield him from the bio electricity cause they’re thin and they channel it so it would go into the arms and shock Peter, and I disagree with the anti venom suit being partially protected from miles electric powers just because it was made with them.
@TheGamingRift11 Mainly from how frequently Miles was saving Peter. Pete was surrounding by sand, got backhanded a couple times by Flint, got the stabby stab from Kraven, got a whooping from Miles (with the bell of course) and got beaten down by a knull-boosted Venom.

@@TrueSpider-Man Not really, no. Miles was able to draw blood from the likes of Tombstone while Peter broke his hand when he punched that guy. Miles was also able to one shot Hobgoblin, a villain who has been stated to be physically on par with Peter Parker. Miles also beat Blackheart. Blackheart is a ghost rider level villain who soloed the Avengers (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Vision, She-Hulk e.t.c) and Miles was able to beat that guy too. Miles also incapacitated Peter twice on their first encounter. Miles is just as strong, if not stronger, than Peter.
I wouldn’t say miles is stronger beyond being more powerful I think a wreaking match of strength or ability to dish out as much as they take in Peter would only be slightly better in the regard But it’s the venom blasts the give miles a clear edge It’s just a case I don’t see miles being better then peter without the biometric powers

These are just a few out of a plethora of more insane feats he’s done that prove him clearly superior to Miles.

I really don’t understand how people are still using Peters performance against rhino as an anti feat he was toying with rhino till something very pivotal happens he tanks 3 GIANT explosive tankers one of which was capable of sending Miles absolutely flying, should Peter have let go? @TheGamingRift11 Is it just me? Or does the gadgets in this game are gadgets in past games (Spider-man ps4 and Spider-man Miles Morales) put together into one. For example, the web grabber uses the trip mine gadget (to grab enemies), the suspension matrix (to have the the gadget float in the air), and the base of the spider drone (to hold the trip mines and suspension matrix.) Another example can be shown with the upshot, it uses the suspension matrix (to have the gadget float in the air) and electrical webs (reason why the enemies get hit by the web / blue substance).
@@TheGamingRift11 Also, the concussion blast in spiderman 2 might be a reversed engineered gravity well. As the concussion blast emits a frequency, while the gravity well pulls in enemies. These gadgets are mostly inspired from past gadgets with their own twist (not counting the goofy ahh bouncy web thingy), which is pretty cool even if Insomniac didn't mean too put these nods in the first place. Heck, you could probably make a tiny video about these gadgets. However, in the end, its just a theory.

You’re wrong about round 1. Miles isn’t stronger and he beat Rhino not because of strength but because of his electric power which would do damage against Rhino’s suit, Peter was also fatigued when he fought Rhino and the other Sinister members as he had just fought through The Raft. Peter’s superior experience, fighting skill and knowledge of the core spider powers would grant him the victory.
Let’s go through these 1. It was an inexperienced weaker miles who beat base Rhino and who went on to clash with a stronger reinforced rhino later in his game - with Miles getting stronger in SM2 - with Pete even acknowledging that Rhino is indeed stronger than himself. So I don’t agree there Also idk why your point is “oh actually he used electric powers”… when those same attacks overwhelmed a guy confirmed to be stronger than Peter…… so those same attacks would be lethal to base Spiderman. Especially as Miles is confirmed to get stronger later in his solo game and in SM2 2. Peter wasn’t fatigued at the raft it’s never confirmed he was fatigued and even if that was the case, he replicates fighting his rogues almost back to back with broken bones in Act 3. So he almost certainly wasn’t weaker at the raft where he got absolutely humbled in a 1v5 3. Knowledge and experience only gets you so far. Especially as Miles already contended with an Amped Peter and even hold his own against venom, someone who killed Kraven and could fight Anti Venom (a stronger Peter) I don’t think I am wrong about round 1 at all…

While Miles was inexperienced, it was the electric powers that allowed him to prevail, something Rhino had no counter against and it doesn’t take a scientist to now that electricity isn’t good for a giant metal suit shaped like a rhino with a big angry Russian inside. While Miles fought a stronger Rhino later on he had help from Phin. I would like to also remind you that Peter would handle Miles’s electric powers far better than Rhino due to his knowledge of them and his experience with Electro. 2. Peter was fatigued at The Raft. While he his stamina is beyond what you and I have combined, fighting dozens perhaps hundreds of criminals and chasing Electro will tire you so he wasn’t at full strength at the end and he even sounds tired when he starts his fight with the Sinister Five when he says they don’t have to do this (it’s subtle in the voice acting but I’d watch the cutscene against to hear for yourself and to a great cutscene) also while Miles would get stronger by SM2 so would Peter due to him gaining more experience (the 3 DLC stories from the first game). Also Peter didn’t get “humbled” at The Raft since he had the upper hand until Scorpion attacked him from behind with poison. 3. Your “knowledge and experience only gets you so far” only works if there is a massive (and I mean MASSIVE) gap in strength, power etc. which Miles does not have over Peter in any category and not only does Peter have ten times the experience Miles has but he’s just as strong if not stronger. While Miles did fight an amped Peter, Peter had just fought Kraven who mopped the floor with Scorpion, killed Shocker, Vulture and Electro, defeated Miles offscreen and it’s been confirmed that electric attacks are HIGHLY effective against the symbiote which gave Miles and advantage so he beat a Peter who was fatigued from fighting Kraven and he had what was essentially Kryptonite for the symbiote. Also Peter was likely emotionally nerfed when he fought Venom since it was Harry, YOU try fighting your best friend when he’s possessed by a large black goo alien and see how well you do. Something else I should mention is that while Scorpiona Ned Rhino did fight themselves, Scorpion’s dialogue about them failing implies that Peter won or was winning (a Peter who had fought t he ought several criminals to get to them). Also while I commend you for using Rhino’s bio, that was Peter’s first time fighting Rhino and Peter was likely still figuring his powers out on his own (something Miles didn’t have to do). Peter would also likely have given Miles tips based on his (Peter’s experience) since Peter, being a good person who cares about Miles, wouldn’t want him to get hurt.

Comparing Miles to electro is a false equivalence since Miles easily outclasses Electro in stats (and that’s not JUST miles, literally every main character including Pete surpasses Electro In SM2, that’s how ridiculous the power creep is. Sinister six members are fodder compared to the second games characters) With miles electricity greatly effecting characters like Black suit Peter, Kraven and even Venom to an extent. Especially as your comment about Rhinos suit is also wrong as his suit is stated to be “shock resistant” yet an inexperienced, weaker miles still knocks him unconscious It’s gunna be lethal to Base Peter there’s no doubt about that, especially if morals are off. 2. Peter wasn’t holding his own against the 5 members at the raft in the slightest. They were all holding back against him yet he still couldn’t handle 2 at a time. Everytime he focused on one, he either - got immediately hit OR - had to immediately go on the defensive Eventually resulting in Scorpion taking him out the fight. It’s not a good reference for anything other than Pete’s durability but even then, none of them were trying to kill him as stated by Negative, and Scorpion even stated later on that he could finish Pete but chooses not to due to working for Octavius. 3. The dialogue between rhino and scorpion would only prove that Peter (in a weakened state) held his own against 2 members of the 6…… which whilst being impressive as its 2 characters who nearly killed him in the past Both characters immediately got back up and fought one another off screen - and Pete didn’t knock either of them unconscious or into submission like he did with Vulture and Electro (and even after that fight he passed out for several hours from the strain) Also yes the character bios I didn’t discriminate against - in fact I drew a comparison since in the video I said that Early inexperienced Peter - needed 2 weeks of rest after engaging rhino for the first time Early inexperienced Miles - needed no rest at all and beat rhino into submission I wasn’t dishonest at all with those bios

I mostly agree with everything in the video but except for the difficulty gaps for the two other rounds . I think it should be a high diff with the Symbiote suit and Mid diff with anti-venom . Also Miles is still faster than Peter even with the 2 symbiotes as the Hunters stated that Miles was quicker than Peter rest i agree

When it comes to superhero powers the writing is horribly inconsistent, in one scene we see Peter STRAIN to lift a car and in another he lifts, hold double digit tons of shit. Writers also rely too much on plot convenience, it was not such a big problem in the first game, but in the second one It's a real problem, things happen that just don't make no sense, because the plot needs them to happen. I can't say the story was awful, but rather it was poorly written and delivered IMHO. Also the characters feel so fake and bland? Everyone has this west coast, poster boy liberal with a useless art degree vibe ... It's hard to put into words, but they just don't feel like real people most of the time and they don't talk like real people.

I don’t necessarily agree with the symbiote Peter Parker above miles morales if both are all out UNLESS Peter Parker when going all out turns into venom himself then yea I agree he gets mid to low diff but then again, we don’t know how strong miles morales is once his using full power & strength so there’s that. Also I believe miles morales (end game) definitely beats Peter Parker (symbiote) in a fight as he gotten stronger if not MUCH stronger, so much so in fact he was a literal relative to (anti-venom) Peter Parker.
I mean yeah, you play PS4 and Miles Morales back to back it’s pretty obvious Miles > Base Peter Symbiote Peter vs miles I think Peter is superior in things like Strength/Durability/Speed etc, by a significant margin however as you say, Miles was somewhat comparable to Anti Venom So I’d say for simplicity sakes, Black Suit 9/10 all stats, Miles maybe a 8.5/10 if that makes sense (I get that it’s unreliable) If anything the reason Symbiote Peter in both rounds wins is due to the enhanced stamina/healing factor

We could argue Peter was fighting against Symbiote and all that whatever but end of day Miles beat up Peter with Symbiote and barely got hurt. Peter and Miles vs Sandman in the beginning, Miles did 10x more damage and work against Sandman imo. Then throughout the game Peter has to get saved by miles multiple times, twice from Venom and a few other times in the game. I like Peter better because he’s the OG and I like his suits better and I think a Spider-Man with electric powers is dumb so I’ve never been a big fan of Miles. At the end of the day though you can clearly tell who the favorite Spider-Man is with insomniac games, and I believe they made it clear that he’s more powerful and more capable in Spider-Man 2, even though I disagree with it.

I agree with most of the points, miles would best Peter in base form because he’s basically a less experienced Peter with the ability to create, absorb, and shoot out electricity and can tank lethal amounts of electricity with barely any pain. Miles would obviously lose to the symbiotes because they give extra strength, ranged ability, extra endurance, insane healing, and numerous restraints. I don’t think the severity of the symbiote suits beating miles would be that bad but that’s just my opinion. The main things I disagree with are peters spider arms being able to shield him from the bio electricity cause they’re thin and they channel it so it would go into the arms and shock Peter, and I disagree with the anti venom suit being partially protected from miles electric powers just because it was made with them.

I feel like its pretty unfair to say that he tanked a explosion that could have blown up Harlem because the explosion was converted into his Venom and his body is made to handle that kind of venom
I’d advise you rewatch the cutscene, he clearly wasn’t handling it very well and it causes him great pain when he tries that sort of thing as shown earlier in the story also

There was one more thing that i want to point out in the rhino fight.
Before the fight started,rhino ran both Peter and Miles into a massive gas tank which caused a huge explosion. Miles was flung into a wall by the explosion but Peter went through the entire explosion with rhino and still remained conscious for a few minutes afterwards. And Miles beating rhino in that fight doesn't necessarily make him physically stronger,it was because of the venom blasts that were affecting rhino.

Random theory on Rhino: Miles only had to fight Rhino twice, while Peter probably fought Rhino a lot more pre first game, considering how many references there are to old movies and stuff. Miles in the first game even mentions when Peter fought Rhino on the Brooklyn bridge, which we never saw in the games. My theory is that maybe Rhino was able to learn Peter's fighting style and counter it so he could win any other fights, whilst Miles has a new fighting style and so far has only fought Rhino twice. Another thing is Miles' venom which could counter Rhino normally and his Roxxon Armour. That's my theory on why Miles won so easily against Rhino.
I think that theory would be valid for say for maybe Scorpion or Vulture? Or black cat…. But given that rhino is dumb as bricks, idk about that

One thing to consider is that in the comics Anti-Venom has the ability to drain Spider-Man of his powers since they are radiation based and Miles was also bitten by a radioactive spider, so if Peter really wanted to he could depower Miles even permanently.

In my view Peter has better speed and reaction speed than Miles. We can see that twice in the game cutscene. When it comes to strength Peter is superior but Miles has better AP and hax than Peter. Durability and endurance also goes to Peter. The edge that Miles has over Peter is his creativity with his bio-electricity. We can in the game that when it comes to their powers Miles is way more creative in using them. IMO if they are to fight each other seriously, Peter would win most of the time.

I thought it might be a tie between them at first but Miles Spider Powers do give him an advantage his Venom strikes do some serious damage when it came to strength I thought Peter is stronger just because of their body types always felt like the more mass or maybe height depends how strong you are. Peter is more experienced but Miles had gotten better in his solo game he learned quickly so much Peter left him to handle the city himself for a few weeks let the young Spider be his own man like in the ending of the second game Miles said he gots all of it while Peter bees himself for awhile. Plus Miles did get a Venom upgrade as well lets not forget that. But I remember reading a comic of how deadly Peter can be if he didn't hold back he beat the absolute fuck out of Kingpin in that issue and I mean beat the fuck out of him actually showing blood Peter was ready to cross the line. In the comics electricity is as big of a weaknesses as sound is to symbiotes. And I think the development team for spider man 2 knows that so were very intentional to not make electricity a weakness to symbiotes to not give miles such a huge advantage over venom so that Miles and Peter are on the same plane field when it came to them fighting venom together. With all that said I think Miles's venom does as much damage to symbiotes as to any other enemy he encounters but is not a particular weakness to them.

Because insomniac had created a problem for themselves (which was never a problem due to Miles’s being kind of unpopular till 2018 and also because if a story did have miles, it would be after venom was introduced to a storyline). Insomniac came up with a solution: its not a weakness. It hurts him just like it hurts any other criminal.

Base Peter is more stronger, durable and smarter coupled with his higher intelligence. He also got a stronger spidey sense, regeneration, and experience. I think he'll win the fight with mid difficulty. I do agree that Miles got more abilities (making him more powerful, but not stronger), but I also believe Peter would be able to counter them with his own gadgets. Or he could dodge them. Heck he can even make a suit for it. Point is, if Peter is really trying to finish off Miles, I think he can. He's always holding himself back (not that Miles doesn't), but that's the only reason Miles lasted as long as he did against Peter in that fight. That was also a vulnerable Peter that Miles was fighting against.
Anti Venom Peter also wins round 3 cuz it literally "heals" EVERYTHING. Including cancer. So him wearing that symbiote and even touching Miles with it is gonna strip them both of their spider abilities. alot of people don't know this unfortunately

Rhino with his roxxon armor was shown incapable of showcase anything strength that wouldn’t have rhino flying around if anything is shows rhino is actually stronger then miles
And the only reason miles was shown as stronger before is due to his venom blasts
And technically Miles didn’t beat rhino in a physical sense as he was in the heart of a roxxon base where he needed the materials in that base to use against rhino
Where if this was a battle in the streets miles would have no means of breaking the armor,
Not to mention he was having help from phin at the time
It’s just a fact people take miles being the roxxon rhino in the same sense of them thing miles beat symbote peter
When he only won due to the circumstances of being able to use a weakness against both
As if miles was fighting roxxon rhino in the streets without the roxxon equipment to use against rhino
Then miles would be unable to break the armor
Thus unable to use his venom blasts
And would be in Peter’s position having to fight rhino with just his physical strength
And we saw what happened when rhino first encountered miles as he was easily knocked out by rhino into a longer stay of unconsciousness
Then peter being pumped by rhino relentlessly and getting up not that long after being knocked out
As I fail to see miles is stronger then base better because this
Rather you should say miles is more powerful yet doesn’t seem to actually showcase he is stronger then peter without them

It should be known Li was, penitent for what he did in the ps4 game and less powerful as a result
As it’s said Li’s power comes from his rage
Where in the ps4 games was at an all time high and in the second game is lesser

Not to mention miles was more going all out then say peter was in the ps4 game

It’s just a factor even miles as fatigue and barely able to stand by the end of the fight
And let’s keep this in mind
Miles isn’t on rhinos strength level or able to rage doll rhino if miles can use his venom powers
As he needs them to even beat rhino in such a way, and miles wouldn’t be able to beat roxxon rhino if it was on the streets since it required roxxon equipment similar to rhino’s armor to damage it in the first place
Meaning miles wouldn’t be able overpower rhino
Miles would in the same position as peter would be
Not that strong when compared to rhino
In which Peter can actually contend with rhino somewhat in a physical strength back and forth
But miles seems helpless unless he can use his venom powers without them he admits he probably wouldn’t even be able to beat rhino
And Mr negative Peter in a injured and fatigued state beat the most powerful version of Mr negative while holding back and Li going all out to kill Peter and Peter was still standing by the end
With miles Li was resentful this not as powerful as he was before, and doesn’t truly want to kill miles where as miles who is now stronger then he has ever been is implied to be going all out and maybe even willing to kill Li
With the fight showing Li being able to disable miles powers and contend with him
Yet Li was going miles a hard time in both the physical sense and a mental sense with Li giving up after miles told him about his dad, where as it seems Li was actually winning the fight and could have kept going but lost all will to fight after realizing he is just like Norman
And mikes by the end was barely able to stand
In summary
It’s just a matter if miles doesn’t or can’t use his bio electricity
He hasn’t showcase he is in fact stronger then peter in a physical sense
If he was he be able to ragedoll rhino even without his bio electrity
And would be able to beat a weaker Li without having to rely on them to fight back
It’s just a case where I believe
If this came down to the powers and stats that both miles and peter share
Peter would be better then miles in most of those categories

Based on what I just presented
Base peter > Miles without bio electricity
Meaning if Peter as the means to disable or counter mikes powers, mikes would probably lose
Since in the case of roxxon rhino miles would lose(without using any roxxon material to damage his suit) or if miles couldn’t use his bio electricity at all against a normal rhino
And the fact Peter at his weakest beat Mr negative at his strongest and didn’t seem to be struggling to stand by the end

I think there is a case to be made that if Peter can disable or develop something to properly counter miles electric powers

I read all of your comments and I do have a few issues (although some I also agree with)
Firstly the rhino thing, It’s mentioned in his bio that Rhinos suit is inherently Shock resistant which if anything makes Miles feats more impressive - and that is a miles that LITERALLY JUST discovered his abilities yet he still beat a guy who gives Peter issues
Keep in mind as well Peter in retrospect agrees that he can’t take Rhino in a brawl, he has to be smarter/faster to win… so I think that does prove Miles >> Peter especially as that’s a far weaker miles than the PS5 version
The Mr Negative fight I think miles is likely conflicted in that fight as he’s clearly torn between his responsibility’s as Spiderman vs his hatred for Li… (or at least that’s how I interpreted it)
Although even taking his Bioelectricity out of the equation
Miles alongside Anti Venom could damage Venom with their raw punches (and yes Venom wasn’t trying to kill either) but even so it’s still shown that they are somewhat comparable
Enough to justify Miles >> Peter in raw stats even without his bioelectricity
Although I doubt he would even run out of power against base Peter since even when he immediately discovered his powers he still brought down rhino

Now in terms of base rhino, his suit already being someone resistant doesn’t mean it was designed to be fully resistant, much like how Peter even mentioned in his advanced suit which has some protection against say electric or even fire it’s not designed to fully protect him from it just enough so if a little bit were to come at him it wouldn’t hurt him as much
So I wouldn’t take base rhino having some resistance being a huge factor
As for miles being stronger in the second game that would only be in conjunction with evolved venom which is unspecified how stronger he is
But let’s agree and say he is
Peter’s showings in the second game even with his iron arms are capable of using and taking in the energy miles uses
But again my point is nit in relation to miles powers themselves

or in the event someone does end up using something to be immune to them or disable them

I think it’s clear based on insomniacs intent is that Peter would still be capable of fighting venom at base given the game art and promotional material(as I doubt insomniac are saying peter is fodder against base venom without anti venom, as it’s said venom gets stronger with the meteor that would warrant peter needing anti venom) as in that material peter can tank and fight off venom without anti venom
And it’s just more of saying even the creators are saying peter should still be capable of fighting venom(not beating fighting)
As it seemed both Peter and miles when it comes to their base powers are relative non the less with say miles being slightly faster or Peter being slightly physically stronger(as game informer coverage of the miles game claims Peter has more upper body strength then miles) if mikes didn’t have his bio electric powers he is just like Peter in every respect with them only slightly being more then the other in another category
I think to say base Peter would be fodder to miles is inaccurate
Since we know symbote Peter even in a holding back state seems superior to miles
And base Peter we haven’t actually seen him in a state where he would go 100% all out or willing to kill anyone, via his intelligence or his own powers
And I think it’s unfair to say if miles ever went say bad evil or mind control
That base peter would be unable to fight off miles or beat him
That even if miles is more powerful they be relative enough to the point peter winning isn’t out of the question

In terms of pure strength, Miles usually always beats Peter. (I say usually purely because of the view times we've seen Pete drop the jokes and DOMINATE whoever is facing him in the comics.)
But I feel that in terms of durability, Peter has it.
When it comes to strategy, Peter takes this entirely. Peter is just him in this spot.
Stamina wise, Peter and Miles are around even, but I feel Peter still takes this because of how much energy bioelectricity takes out of Miles.
In terms of symbiote, Peter dominates in every category, increased healing, strength, speed, and partially smarts. However, in the game, Pete still pushes back against the symbiote and refuses to kill+the bell.
Now anti-venom. Anti-Venom is strange in the sense that HE WOULD SLAM THE SHIT OUT OF MILES IN EVERY CATEGORY.
That's my take, very similar to the video. Miles outstrengths Pete in base but it'd still be rather close anyway because Pete's pure strategy, add in symbiote to Pete, he just thrashes.

"James Ham, the senior animator on this project, says that while the Venom Punch is iconic to Miles, he uses his legs more than his fists in combat since he doesn't have the upper-body strength of his mentor."
This is also evident at the beginning of the game, when Miles goes flying when Rhino runs through an explosion, while Peter manages to stay on his back, only finally being overwhelmed after Rhino ran through another building and took several more explosions point blank range.

Honestly I think Peter could take all 3 rounds, base vs base I would c Pete winning mid-high, he is way to smart, has way better tech, and MUCH more exp. And while exp wouldn’t necessarily matter since Miles has all these extra abilities, still it’s smth to consider. Miles camo wouldn’t work cuz his Spider-Sense (his sense was nerfed in SM2, if it works how it did in SM1 it’s no contest) and with all his tech Pete would have an advantage, especially with prep time. Random encounter Pete wins mid-high, prep time Pete wins low diff, Symbiote would win low-mid and Anti-Venom would win low. I respect ur opinion tho and this is just mine nice vid
I hate when people say that Peter gets Low Diff by Miles, it's degrading his character. Peter is older and has been doing it for years. Miles has been only doing it for years or two. Saying the only way he wins is by getting a power upgrade is just stupid. First of all these games would be a terrible example for such a fight based purely on how they fight in it. Assuming both would fight eachother as enemies and assuming it is personal for some reason i bet my money on the older more experienced Spider-Man. More powers does not always mean more powerfull and potentially leaves you also with more weaknesses and he is the type of guy who exploits them. Invisibility would also not help Miles much as both have a Spidey Sense. In the spirit of the game it would be Powers against Tech. And since he is older and at the height of his prime Miles has a disadvantage as Parker fought enemies like Shocker or Elektro. But at the end of the day i see these two just being to friendly to fight one another.

Great video but I just wanted to say that in an interview with Bryan Intihar, the director of the game he stated that the symbiote only has one weakness being sound and not miles bio electricity so this makes a black suit Peter way more powerful than miles even if he goes all out

I believe Peter Parker would win pretty much every time. 1 peter Parker has fought electro who has electric powers, same as Miles Morales. So he has experience fighting somebody with electric based powers and in the first game, he says he upgraded his suit to help protect him more from electric attacks. 2 Peter Parker has more experience in combat than Miles Morales. 3 peter Parker is more intelligent than Miles Morales.
All of course points I do agree with but even so, Miles would edge him out in round 1 IMO due to the power gap

So I would say they’re pretty even in the technical standpoint. Yes, Miles may be more powerful than Peter because of his venom abilities. But I believe Peter can cook up a gadget that would disable Miles venom abilities for a period of time. When that happens, Peter does have more combat experience. Not to mention, I’m pretty sure Peter has taught him some tricks so he would know those tricks if Miles was going to do them like what taskmaster does in the first Spider-Man game. I do think Miles does have a chance at possibly beating Peter, but I think more times than not Peter would win.

And when the city is in turmoil, even if Peter had a new suit ready to go, given the choice between his default suit and a fashion experiment Peter would always choose his default suit, cause that's when the people of his city need a familiar stable symbol of hope the most.

Considering how smart tech wise Peter is he 100% would make Lenses in his mask that see MIiles when he is invisible, if villains can do it Peter could easily, He would also just wear his electro proof suit and it would negate his powers, now we are left with a contest of strength that of which Peter is way stronger physically half due to age and the other half due to being selected by the Spider-Totem thus granting him very great physical strength, when you take context into the equation Peter stomps 100% of the time.

Actually, now that I have done very DEEP research on spider-man 2 game (like very deep research, looking for every statement & detail & etc).
I actually change my mind on some things (1 might be a crazy claim in which I can explain why to you if you like). That being:
Peter Parker (anti-venom) miles morales (close to end-game via fighting venom) > miles morales (When fighting symbiote Peter Parker) > Peter Parker (symbiote) > Peter Parker (base).
These are all in terms of strength ^.
Anti-venom Peter Parker being stronger than miles morales is actually just an assumption with nothing backing it up once so ever (in fact, you be SURPRISED that there’s actually but BARELY more arguments of miles morales > (anti-venom) Peter Parker during the fight with venom.
I now disagree that Peter Parker (symbiote) is significantly stronger than miles morales (via after watching the fight & analysis what they have done) & which now if anything.
I believe MILES was the one who’s stronger during this fight (not including his venom & electric power)

I noticed that miles evolved along with peter. In Spider-Man 1 Peters max health was 200. In Miles Morales miles' max was 175.
In Spider-Man 2, both can reach 200.

I agree with most of the points, miles would best Peter in base form because he’s basically a less experienced Peter with the ability to create, absorb, and shoot out electricity and can tank lethal amounts of electricity with barely any pain. Miles would obviously lose to the symbiotes because they give extra strength, ranged ability, extra endurance, insane healing, and numerous restraints. I don’t think the severity of the symbiote suits beating miles would be that bad but that’s just my opinion. The main things I disagree with are peters spider arms being able to shield him from the bio electricity cause they’re thin and they channel it so it would go into the arms and shock Peter, and I disagree with the anti venom suit being partially protected from miles electric powers just because it was made with them.
And people say Peter was nerfed to make Miles look better. You, my friend, entirely disproved them.

@TheGamingRift11 Mainly from how frequently Miles was saving Peter. Pete was surrounding by sand, got backhanded a couple times by Flint, got the stabby stab from Kraven, got a whooping from Miles (with the bell of course) and got beaten down by a knull-boosted Venom.

Miles was also able to one shot Hobgoblin, a villain who has been stated to be physically on par with Peter Parker. Miles also beat Blackheart. Blackheart is a ghost rider level villain who soloed the Avengers (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Vision, She-Hulk e.t.c) and Miles was able to beat that guy too. Miles also incapacitated Peter twice on their first encounter. Miles is just as strong, if not stronger, than Peter.

These are just a few out of a plethora of more insane feats he’s done that prove him clearly superior to Miles.

@TheGamingRift11 Is it just me? Or does the gadgets in this game are gadgets in past games (Spider-man ps4 and Spider-man Miles Morales) put together into one.
For example, the web grabber uses the trip mine gadget (to grab enemies), the suspension matrix (to have the the gadget float in the air), and the base of the spider drone (to hold the trip mines and suspension matrix.)
Another example can be shown with the upshot, it uses the suspension matrix (to have the gadget float in the air) and electrical webs (reason why the enemies get hit by the web / blue substance).

These gadgets are mostly inspired from past gadgets with their own twist (not counting the goofy ahh bouncy web thingy), which is pretty cool even if Insomniac didn't mean too put these nods in the first place. Heck, you could probably make a tiny video about these gadgets. However, in the end, its just a theory.

@@NMbones98 even without Venom powers, Miles in raw strength was somewhat comparable to Anti Venom Peter when they beat down Venom whilst airborne in terms of striking strength which ultimately matters more than lifting strength
Even in that with lifting strength he supported large chunks of the Brooklyn Bridge for a period of time 🤷♂️ and that’s a weaker miles as he gets stronger in the second game 🤷♂️

You’re wrong about round 1. Miles isn’t stronger and he beat Rhino not because of strength but because of his electric power which would do damage against Rhino’s suit, Peter was also fatigued when he fought Rhino and the other Sinister members as he had just fought through The Raft. Peter’s superior experience, fighting skill and knowledge of the core spider powers would grant him the victory.
Let’s go through these
1. It was an inexperienced weaker miles who beat base Rhino and who went on to clash with a stronger reinforced rhino later in his game - with Miles getting stronger in SM2 - with Pete even acknowledging that Rhino is indeed stronger than himself. So I don’t agree there
Also idk why your point is “oh actually he used electric powers”… when those same attacks overwhelmed a guy confirmed to be stronger than Peter…… so those same attacks would be lethal to base Spiderman. Especially as Miles is confirmed to get stronger later in his solo game and in SM2
2. Peter wasn’t fatigued at the raft it’s never confirmed he was fatigued and even if that was the case, he replicates fighting his rogues almost back to back with broken bones in Act 3. So he almost certainly wasn’t weaker at the raft where he got absolutely humbled in a 1v5
3. Knowledge and experience only gets you so far. Especially as Miles already contended with an Amped Peter and even hold his own against venom, someone who killed Kraven and could fight Anti Venom (a stronger Peter)

1. While Miles was inexperienced, it was the electric powers that allowed him to prevail, something Rhino had no counter against and it doesn’t take a scientist to now that electricity isn’t good for a giant metal suit shaped like a rhino with a big angry Russian inside. While Miles fought a stronger Rhino later on he had help from Phin. I would like to also remind you that Peter would handle Miles’s electric powers far better than Rhino due to his knowledge of them and his experience with Electro.
2. Peter was fatigued at The Raft. While he his stamina is beyond what you and I have combined, fighting dozens perhaps hundreds of criminals and chasing Electro will tire you so he wasn’t at full strength at the end and he even sounds tired when he starts his fight with the Sinister Five when he says they don’t have to do this (it’s subtle in the voice acting but I’d watch the cutscene against to hear for yourself and to a great cutscene) also while Miles would get stronger by SM2 so would Peter due to him gaining more experience (the 3 DLC stories from the first game). Also Peter didn’t get “humbled” at The Raft since he had the upper hand until Scorpion attacked him from behind with poison.
3. Your “knowledge and experience only gets you so far” only works if there is a massive (and I mean MASSIVE) gap in strength, power etc. which Miles does not have over Peter in any category and not only does Peter have ten times the experience Miles has but he’s just as strong if not stronger. While Miles did fight an amped Peter, Peter had just fought Kraven who mopped the floor with Scorpion, killed Shocker, Vulture and Electro, defeated Miles offscreen and it’s been confirmed that electric attacks are HIGHLY effective against the symbiote which gave Miles and advantage so he beat a Peter who was fatigued from fighting Kraven and he had what was essentially Kryptonite for the symbiote. Also Peter was likely emotionally nerfed when he fought Venom since it was Harry, YOU try fighting your best friend when he’s possessed by a large black goo alien and see how well you do.
Something else I should mention is that while Scorpiona Ned Rhino did fight themselves, Scorpion’s dialogue about them failing implies that Peter won or was winning (a Peter who had fought t he ought several criminals to get to them).
Also while I commend you for using Rhino’s bio, that was Peter’s first time fighting Rhino and Peter was likely still figuring his powers out on his own (something Miles didn’t have to do). Peter would also likely have given Miles tips based on his (Peter’s experience) since Peter, being a good person who cares about Miles, wouldn’t want him to get hurt.

1. Comparing Miles to electro is a false equivalence since Miles easily outclasses Electro in stats
(and that’s not JUST miles, literally every main character including Pete surpasses Electro In SM2, that’s how ridiculous the power creep is. Sinister six members are fodder compared to the second games characters)
With miles electricity greatly effecting characters like Black suit Peter, Kraven and even Venom to an extent. Especially as your comment about Rhinos suit is also wrong as his suit is stated to be “shock resistant” yet an inexperienced, weaker miles still knocks him unconscious
It’s gunna be lethal to Base Peter there’s no doubt about that, especially if morals are off.
2. Peter wasn’t holding his own against the 5 members at the raft in the slightest. They were all holding back against him yet he still couldn’t handle 2 at a time. Everytime he focused on one, he either
- got immediately hit
OR
- had to immediately go on the defensive
Eventually resulting in Scorpion taking him out the fight. It’s not a good reference for anything other than Pete’s durability but even then, none of them were trying to kill him as stated by Negative, and Scorpion even stated later on that he could finish Pete but chooses not to due to working for Octavius.
3. The dialogue between rhino and scorpion would only prove that Peter (in a weakened state) held his own against 2 members of the 6…… which whilst being impressive as its 2 characters who nearly killed him in the past
Both characters immediately got back up and fought one another off screen - and Pete didn’t knock either of them unconscious or into submission like he did with Vulture and Electro (and even after that fight he passed out for several hours from the strain)
Also yes the character bios I didn’t discriminate against - in fact I drew a comparison since in the video I said that
Early inexperienced Peter - needed 2 weeks of rest after engaging rhino for the first time
Early inexperienced Miles - needed no rest at all and beat rhino into submission
I wasn’t dishonest at all with those bios

I mostly agree with everything in the video but except for the difficulty gaps for the two other rounds . I think it should be a high diff with the Symbiote suit and Mid diff with anti-venom . Also Miles is still faster than Peter even with the 2 symbiotes as the Hunters stated that Miles was quicker than Peter rest i agree

When it comes to superhero powers the writing is horribly inconsistent, in one scene we see Peter STRAIN to lift a car and in another he lifts, hold double digit tons of shit. Writers also rely too much on plot convenience, it was not such a big problem in the first game, but in the second one It's a real problem, things happen that just don't make no sense, because the plot needs them to happen. I can't say the story was awful, but rather it was poorly written and delivered IMHO. Also the characters feel so fake and bland? Everyone has this west coast, poster boy liberal with a useless art degree vibe ... It's hard to put into words, but they just don't feel like real people most of the time and they don't talk like real people.

I don’t necessarily agree with the symbiote Peter Parker above miles morales if both are all out UNLESS Peter Parker when going all out turns into venom himself then yea I agree he gets mid to low diff but then again, we don’t know how strong miles morales is once his using full power & strength so there’s that.
Also I believe miles morales (end game) definitely beats Peter Parker (symbiote) in a fight as he gotten stronger if not MUCH stronger, so much so in fact he was a literal relative to (anti-venom) Peter Parker.

We could argue Peter was fighting against Symbiote and all that whatever but end of day Miles beat up Peter with Symbiote and barely got hurt. Peter and Miles vs Sandman in the beginning, Miles did 10x more damage and work against Sandman imo. Then throughout the game Peter has to get saved by miles multiple times, twice from Venom and a few other times in the game. I like Peter better because he’s the OG and I like his suits better and I think a Spider-Man with electric powers is dumb so I’ve never been a big fan of Miles. At the end of the day though you can clearly tell who the favorite Spider-Man is with insomniac games, and I believe they made it clear that he’s more powerful and more capable in Spider-Man 2, even though I disagree with it.
