Goan Pork Solantulem is also known as “Pork Amsol” or “Pork Binda Sol”. It is a simple, non-fussy preparation and finger-licking good. ... Pork Solantulem does not require oil as it is cooked in its own juices, fat and a little water. It can be prepared with or without spices .ginger, garlic, cumin seeds. Tangy spicy pork ,goes well with a glass of red

Pork joint or pork belly or even ribs. 400 grms
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric. 1 1/2 tsp
Goan vinegar or malt vinegar. 50 ml
Onion slice. 3 nos
Cumin 1 1/2 tsp
Black Peppercorn 10 - 15. Totally depends
Dry red chillies. ( Kashmiri). 4 - 5
Cinnamon stick 1 1/2 “
Oil 2 tblspoons
Kokum dry 6- 8 nos
Green chillies 2 slit

raveenet Kokomo is a fruit found in southern part of India and is mostly used in Goan cusine it can be eaten raw and is sour in taste and we often sun dry it and store to use all year round . It adds distinct sourness to the food . Dry Kokomo can be found in any Indian shops
