Depend, if you have not problem with big sized books go for the ultimate, but if you want something a little bit more compact and just enjoy the story go for the new edition. Also the ultimate collection probably has extras unlike this edition, also depends if you prefer hardcover or paperback I guess.
Well volume 3 collects #14 to #19 of 144 issues, but if you refer to the animated series I can't really tell, I think the animation is a little more advance already.

We don't know yet but for the moment there's at least volume 8 cover revealed.
1 volume = 200 pages for 20€ for this edition
For the other one, 1 volume = 400 pages for 30€ (12 volumes = 360 €)
So there will be 24 volume (480€)
