Very Good !
However, this music is too upbeat and not classy and elegant that British Airways stands for. Although this is just an ad, I hope they are not going behind new trends or whatsoever but are strong with their roots and originality in terms of their service and everything else.

Dear British airways why are you now spraying your customers with insecticide before traveling to Italy? Please make public the chemicals that are being used and the documented medical proof this is safe. Since it’s not advertised before flying and there is no way to avoid being sprayed, your customers are entitled to this information.

Extremely disappointed with @British_Airways. The staff is the worst I have seen. Kids were terrified, tired, and sick due to the delay and the way the staff treated us. #CustomerService #FlightDelay worst staff worst airline.please avoid traveling with British Airways.Not safe for kid's

Shouldn't be paying for food and drinks in short haul. Time to lift the airline out of the low cost mentality.

They give you a complimentary snack. The reason for food being charged for is for the fact that unlike other airlines, a meal is not included in the price of your ticket, making the ticket cheaper, giving you the choice of spending money on a meal or not, which airlines providing a meal on short haul flight’s don’t.

I just booked business class flights to TEL AVIV and was asked to pay for seat selection (£26) per passenger. Never seen this before for Club seats in BA.

@@Freespeech2222 yea, you need to wait until 24 hours before for it to be free. If you have bronze status, you can do it a week before. If you are silver or above, you can do it anytime for free
