That’s only because she reads the case first prior to them coming in. She’s a pro she looks at Inconsistencies from the original written complaint, then the follow ups and finally she cross examines them like a lawyer, in front of us! Their stories usually don’t match the original written complaint.
So it may seem wrong to start with the defendant but theres a method to her madness! And a true fan has watch her develop and own this craft. She wasnt this fast, nasty (I call it cutting through bs) back in the day or impatience back in her early times.

Looks like I need to clarify my comment here 🙄 I was referencing that there was a higher percentage the plaintiff winning the case when JJ starts with the defendant. I've watched enough times and over the years to be confident in that assessment. People who liked the comment understood my meaning and the nuance to what is an "inside joke" if you will, of when JJ starts with the defendant what in general happens in the trajectory and conclusion of the case. We had a backyard pool and in high school when my sisters and I used to swim the creepy teen brothers next door who were Jehovah’s Witnesses used to watch us from their second floor window. We got sick of it and told our Mom. She flipped out and all 5 feet of her marched over to the neighbors house and got the Dad out on the porch and read him the riot act. Never saw them in the window again !!

Reminds me of my moms creepy neighbor at their old house. Except he was the one with the pool. It was above ground and although they did have a fence around it, there was also a deck around it so when someone stood on the deck we could see them. This man was married with kids. Hed like to go skinny dipping and would make a point to try and get my moms or my attention when he would. He also came introduce himself to me when i first moved in there, at my WORK. Guy was weird.

I installed cameras hoping to look at my washing line and the backside of my house. When I finished, I noticed immediately that they looked into the pool of my neighbour. I took them down and reinstalled them in a new spot straight away. It's not hard to do and really shouldn't need to go to court

The problem with the current political culture is that everyone is cashing in. The bright lights are on and everyone knows if the say the wrong thing they're out of the circus.
That's not an atmosphere condusive to writing good legislation and coming to a compromise. Instead you have people playing to the cameras and cutting off their nose to spite their face.
That's why we don't need more celebrities. We do need passion in politics to an extent but not at the expense of decorum.
At the end of the day, they need to all work together to get the votes to pass legislation. That ain't happening now.

Being in your backyard is not considered being in public..hence the term private property. You have a reasonable expectation of privacy in your enclosed backyard.

Anything you can see from public property you can legally film. Shouldn't this apply from your private property as well.
There is no expectation of privacy in public. If you can see your neighbors property from your window, they can’t do anything about it. Cameras are not to be aimed at the inside of the home.
You can aim cameras in a house. It’s on the owner to close the blinds. You can’t trespass the eyes. Anything you can see from public you can record. It’s definitely creepy but not illegal.
