There's also an even easier shortcut for editing tabs in the dialog box. You can just click the "paragraph settings" box at the corner of the paragraph group. This takes you to the box with the tabs option in the corner.

I feel like Mail Merge part is one of the pro things of Word. It can turn a dabbler into a communication head of his/her own little company/organisation. Can he really helpful for a site owner to send mails to their subscribers in batch.
