Hey Robert, thanks for the compliment. I'm in London (North) as well, but on the other side of the water in Highgate / Finchley. We haven't been doing much on the video front lately. And my good friend Jeff sold his XG-750 quite a while ago. I must admit I'm thinking of selling mine to.
You can cancel the engine light by going into the clock Diag (Diagnostics).Just hold down the button on the clock and turn the ignition on. Then run through the menu cancelling faults by holding the button down slightly longer.

My xg750a check engine light came on then it started idling high would you know anything about solving this issue?

? Are you sure that's the code? They normally start with a letter.
