"Super Prism" Throttle Assembly contains the following:
· Polished aluminum throttle housing
· 1/4 turn action with built in internal stops
· 1" aluminum throttle sleeve
· Includes all necessary mounting hardware
· Designed to be used with all stock HD throttle cables with snap ring
· Includes a barrel end to cut cable to desired length
· Throttle Lock Screw included
· Clear Throttle Cover sold separately

I did learn something, but sure would have been nice to know how exactly did you come up with the proper length of cable, or housing? and I wouldnt trust that screw to hold the barrel end on the carb end of the cable???? any info on that? is there an optional way to solder it instead or should I just get a solder barrel because it'll hold better{then a screw end with solder

Is the throttle handle removable so can be used with non rubber grips, like a solid brass one. And is the throttle cable work with a super e carburetor?

The throttle handle is not removable, but the cable will work with a super e carb.

No, our "Super Prism" Throttle Cable should work for the majority of carb options out there. The only one we're aware of that doesn't work with our cable are the Lectron carbs. Hope that helps!
