I am so very excited to try this foundation. I am 64 years old and just started wearing foundation probably 3 or 4 years ago! All my adult life I just used blush. So I have been trying so many hoping to find the one that is best for me. So this will be next on my list. It really does look fantastic on you.
This is the prettiest foundation you have tested in a while Tania! It sat so nicely on your skin, that finish was truly perfection 🤩 I have the older Guerlain gold radiant matte foundation and think it is very similar to this, I’ll have to give this new one a try to compare. Thanks for the thorough review, I am amazed at how lovely it looked at the end of your day even after an intense workout, so impressive!
This foundation looks stunning on you! I used a older Guerlain foundation many years ago that was beautiful too. It’s a lil bit harder with finding a shade back then. So hopefully they have more shade range now.

I've enjoyed the Guerlain L'Essentiel foundation for some time, it's a light/light medium and typically - it's discontinued. THIS foundation looks amazing on you and the longevity is beyond incredible!!! I don't appreciate the level of oxidisation though, why can't they just make it in the true, final shade? I'm glad you mentioned the TF Traceless foundation - this one definitely reminded me of it but I think this lasts much longer. Gorgeous 😍 As for the tretinoin, you might benefit from reducing the strength or "diluting" it with your moisturiser. That way, you'll reap the effects without the extreme dryness/peeling. Peeling is totally unnecessary and (I've learned) that it's due to an adverse reaction which can damage the skin barrier. Love you loads ❤⭐❤⭐❤ PS : Sorry I've been awol, I've had/still got a mega sinus infection 😫
Hi! Same here! I used the Guerlain L'Essentiel. I switched to this Terracotta's thinking it was a "new" version of L'Essentiel, but it has nothing to do with it and I just hate it on my skin... Any idea/advices of similar foundation to L'Essentiel's to switch to?
I think the foundation looked perfect!! I actually liked the lip liner as well, the color was phenomenal, especially paired with the Natasha Denona lip products. The last lip color wasn’t my favorite but it did look nourishing.. you are really showing us some gems lately!

There might be hope that it would be kind to my mature, dry skin. It's expensive but it wouldn't be my every day go to. If I wait for the sale and use reward points to get $10 off, that will make it more reasonable.

I am not sure honestly. I can see it go both ways.. i have some fine lines around my mouth and it settle very little ( kind of like any foundations) so that’s the only thing I can compare it to.

People are saying it is very full coverage. The creator made it to cover burn marks. I think maybe the huda beauty stick foundation would be more your style it’s glowy and more sheer from what I’ve seen.

Slightly glowy skin is a sign of healthy youthful skin….matte skin is never good especially up close…so hopefully some glow develops..because no one looks good up close girls completely matte

You look STUNNING! I had that same issue when I started prescription Retin A, but the dry flakiness does eventually go away ❤️ give it about a month!

I mix my Tretnoin with moisturizer like cake batter. Cuts down on the flaky dryness. 😊

3.5n is pretty yellow so I recommend you go in store to swatch…
