Finally a journal flip through with my similar style I find most people do “bullet journaling” which isn’t my thing at all I love to just word vomit and decorate my pages with art and washi really anything I can find. Keep up the beautiful work they become awesome memories in years time!

Yes "word vomit" with some SPARKLE! That's my style too but I never know what to call it. It's not bullet journaling, it's not junk journaling, it's not manifestation journalling, etc

I love this journal that kind of has messy vibes. It feels very in the moment. Most of the journal, I saw are always very pretty, very clean, very proper, but l love this much more. and not to mention you actually wrote like wrote a ton!. I don't see that much of writing in journals flipthrough that I watch but I love this!. keep journaling!
Your journal is astonishing. It is a writing journal and an art journal in one. I love how you collaged pictures and wrote in the space around them. I love that you painted and drew. I love that it’s images, words, Washi, and stickers. I love that the writing is continuous with no paragraph breaks. It has an emotional impact even though there isn’t time to read the entries. “I am digging myself deeper” slammed into my heart for that is me. I love the fold outs. I love that you wrote inside cards and on postcards. I love that it is such a reflection of you. Thank you for sharing. ❤️

I watched a lots of videos on TH-cam,about journaling,and ,first,i was thinking like “I haven’t got this beautiful washi tapes anymore,so can i journal?” Then it was terrible,because bloggers are always using lots of paper,stickers,washies,and then write on a little glue paper! I couldn’t do it,because I need to write a lot! I was thinking,that I can’t journal. But I am so excited and happy,that I found your channel! Your style is amazing! It’s really beautiful for me. I try to write in English in my journal (I’m from Ukraine,I’m also only 13 yo,and not English native speaker and I also have only Pre-Intermidiate level),and on my first writing English day,,I watched this video and wrote 6 pages! You definitely don’t need a lot of things to keep a journal, definitely you don’t need all those expensive washis and stickers you maybe see in some TH-cam channels or tik tok accounts. I also can’t write only a little but I need to do a brain dump almost every day so I end up writing a lot🤗 keep up with the good work and just do whatever you like with your journal! It’s your safe space and only you know how to make it as beautiful and pleasant as possible ❣️

what's your thought process when you're creating each page? Do you plan out before how you want them to look? What about the more artier pages? I'm in love with your style
thank you so much! so there’s two types of pages i do: the planned and the unplanned. for the planned, if i have a specific spread in mine i search for pictures on pinterest, instagram or we heart it and i print them out using freeprints. then when i have them in hand i browse through the stationary i own and find matching color pieces (washi tapes, stickers, sticky notes etc) and create the spread. but it usually never looks the same way it looked in my mind. for the unplanned, i just generally pick a theme or a color and choose things that match. sometimes i just go very random which is why most of my journal looks all over the place haha

It’s a leuchtturm, I can’t find the same exact one in stock right now tho! I don’t really recommend it anyway, paper is way too thin and it’s not really worth the price to me:)❣️
this one is an a5 leuchtturm, honestly i don’t recommend it because the paper is very see through. if you use gel pens it will definitely bleed through :)
hello i just want to rant about journaling if it is okay the reason i'm writing here is bc i may be hoping that you can help me a little. i bought a journal for the first time a year ago but i did not finish it. it was an academic journal of 2023-2024. i only did like 8-9 pages and left the other pages blank. i really wanted to write and design all of it but i just couldn't so i left it. now i'm thinking maybe it was bc i didn't want to fill out every single day and page. maybe it was too overwhelming to me. so now i want to grab an empty notebook and fill it up whenever i want to, kinda similar to yours i love the way you filled up yours and added those extra bits. but the thought of starting a journal is too overwhelming to me as well. it is so empty. idk where to start so i'm looking up stuff from youtube pinterest whatever. but there are too many options. idk what to do or how to do my journal. it really stresses me out when it should be a relaxing hobby. i really want to do stuff like this but i get so stressed out and overwhelmed. do you experience this as well? if anyone else is reading this you can answer too please. yeah. sorry for all this btw i just wanted to express my thoughts.

Sarah Shell i get most of my stickers from aliexpress or wish. for the pictures i use magazines such as vogue, national geographic etc. or i go to the thrift shop and pick up old books with a lot of pictures (they’re usually very cheap) and use them! i also use a lot of scrap paper i find lying around my house. it could be from a paper bag, cute packaging or whatever else! :)

did you use please? i use an A5 stalogy but because i’m a ‘heavy writer’ it never looks pristine like yours x
this one is an a5 leuchtturm, honestly i don’t recommend it because the paper is very see through. if you use gel pens it will definitely bleed through :)

hello i just want to rant about journaling if it is okay the reason i'm writing here is bc i may be hoping that you can help me a little. i bought a journal for the first time a year ago but i did not finish it. it was an academic journal of 2023-2024. i only did like 8-9 pages and left the other pages blank. i really wanted to write and design all of it but i just couldn't so i left it. now i'm thinking maybe it was bc i didn't want to fill out every single day and page. maybe it was too overwhelming to me. so now i want to grab an empty notebook and fill it up whenever i want to, kinda similar to yours i love the way you filled up yours and added those extra bits. but the thought of starting a journal is too overwhelming to me as well. it is so empty. idk where to start so i'm looking up stuff from youtube pinterest whatever. but there are too many options. idk what to do or how to do my journal. it really stresses me out when it should be a relaxing hobby. i really want to do stuff like this but i get so stressed out and overwhelmed. do you experience this as well? if anyone else is reading this you can answer too please. yeah. sorry for all this btw i just wanted to express my thoughts.

Sarah Shell i get most of my stickers from aliexpress or wish. for the pictures i use magazines such as vogue, national geographic etc. or i go to the thrift shop and pick up old books with a lot of pictures (they’re usually very cheap) and use them! i also use a lot of scrap paper i find lying around my house. it could be from a paper bag, cute packaging or whatever else! :)
