What happens when those who divorced remarried gave their life to Christ and actively change and are washed with the blood and Holy Spirit? Are they then qualified? They can help others recognize the pain and mistakes they made themselves in the past prior to Christ
Sometimes I feel too much theological teachings in sermons end up complicating things unnecessarily. Indicatives, imperatives, doxology, crescendo... Explaining the entire Book of Ephesians, just to teach Marriage and Godly leadership of the man. By the time you got to the juice of the message I was already bored. Preachers, let's learn to keep it simple. If anybody wants to learn theology let them go to the Bible college.
