Hey! It's the bottom of an elipse shape with a little blur and noise effect on it. I masked it in a rectangular shape so you only see the bottom part of the eclipse.

Camp Keyframe I’ve made one animation in AE using a tutorial. I don’t have an issue animating so much as drawing pieces and importing them from AI to AE.

If you search for 'Illustrator' on my channel, you'll find some video's about designing in Illustrator and also about importing into After Effects :)
