People often feel a disconnect with a taking in their significant other's child since they don't share blood but he embraced his step-daughter as his own and his hurt definitely showed in this interview. The conversation about their daughter broke my heart. Some parents do not understand that their selfish decisions and neglect and leave a child/young adult emotionally scarred. I've always said that emotional pain is worst than physical pain. It's very hard to shake off what you feel inside hence depression. I also believe that social media has made it easier for people to criticise themselves and dislike their lives. Imagine going online and seeing your father play house and you're not invite. New wife, new life! Please protect and love your children and put aside your feelings for the sake of them. If you find it hard to do, then don't have kids.

He also said his mom always told him to shut up 🤐 as a kid therefore he was extremely shy and suffered from severe anxiety. Being honest l wished l could have did more for him but he hid behind jokes. I knew he was going through however l never thought he would actually kill himself! I know styles and his wife pain.💯

Omg Styles P is so smart. I've been suffering from severe depression for three years now and I was suicidal and afraid of myself for the first two years. I was afraid of myself because I was convinced that eventually one day I was gonna kill myself. I didn't even know why I was suicidal, I just knew that I was. Any way upon doing research after research on how to over come depression (because big pharmas medication is not a great help) I've come upon some studies that have found that depression is really an inflammation of the body. Now here I am listening to Styles P and his wife say the same thing just in other words. Wow people like me who suffer from depression should really start focusing on cleaning out our bodies as much as we can like P said. We also just as importantly need to start maintaining a proper diet like Mrs. Styles said and stop feeding our bodies inflammatory foods such as meat. Depression sufferers (well really all people so that they may prevent depression and other diseases) need to avoid inflammatory foods especially meat and junk food, over indulging in carbs, etc.

I appreciate the Breakfast Club for this interview. Styles & his wife are a beautiful couple who are honest with each other and honest about who they are to those around them. And big props to Styles for taken in his step-daughter as his own. People often feel a disconnect with a taking in their significant other's child since they don't share blood but he embraced his step-daughter as his own and his hurt definitely showed in this interview. The conversation about their daughter broke my heart. Some parents do not understand that their selfish decisions and neglect and leave a child/young adult emotionally scarred. I've always said that emotional pain is worst than physical pain. It's very hard to shake off what you feel inside hence depression. I also believe that social media has made it easier for people to criticise themselves and dislike their lives. Imagine going online and seeing your father play house and you're not invite. New wife, new life! Please protect and love your children and put aside your feelings for the sake of them. If you find it hard to do, then don't have kids.

He also said his mom always told him to shut up 🤐 as a kid therefore he was extremely shy and suffered from severe anxiety. Being honest l wished l could have did more for him but he hid behind jokes. I knew he was going through however l never thought he would actually kill himself! I know styles and his wife pain.💯

Our children is our worth, they are our future!
Omg Styles P is so smart. I've been suffering from severe depression for three years now and I was suicidal and afraid of myself for the first two years. I was afraid of myself because I was convinced that eventually one day I was gonna kill myself. I didn't even know why I was suicidal, I just knew that I was. Any way upon doing research after research on how to over come depression (because big pharmas medication is not a great help) I've come upon some studies that have found that depression is really an inflammation of the body. Now here I am listening to Styles P and his wife say the same thing just in other words. Wow people like me who suffer from depression should really start focusing on cleaning out our bodies as much as we can like P said. We also just as importantly need to start maintaining a proper diet like Mrs. Styles said and stop feeding our bodies inflammatory foods such as meat. Depression sufferers (well really all people so that they may prevent depression and other diseases) need to avoid inflammatory foods especially meat and junk food, over indulging in carbs, etc.
