So, no more doors falling off? I used to work at various Airbus plants as a designer, also spent some time in quality control and was part of the team setting up production of the A350 fuselage in Augsburg. Some of the design work I did involved the A380's passenger doors. Proud to state none of those have fallen off to this day 😁
For me, beating Airbus is secondary. They need a solid, safe and well built product that keeps us safe. If they have that and can consistently built thousands of safe planes then 80% of the job is done
Absolutely agree! ✈️ Safety and quality are the foundation. If Boeing can focus on building solid, safe, and reliable planes, the rest will follow naturally. Beating Airbus is great, but having a reputation for excellence and safety is the real win. 💪 Safety first, always!
You're right; Boeing has faced some tough challenges recently. The first step to moving forward is to focus on reducing mistakes and regaining trust. With their experience and resources, they have the potential to turn things around by prioritizing quality and consistency. Here’s hoping they can get back on track and show what they’re truly capable of. ✈️
as a european i am not happy about the situation... we are flying on these damn things too. the new ceo looks like a good choice and has a engineering degree obviously they are not going to revamp the 60 old 737 design with another update edition, thats a given . who would buy a 737 MAX ultra :D should have never gone this far and i hope its a lesson for others.... looking at ship and car makers
The cockpit section of the 373 is even based on the old 707. It is hard to find an older commercial jet airplane. Airbus is just thinking about making a replacement for the well-selling but aging A320 family. Boeing lacks 'fuel' for thinking about a B737 successor.
They will spend more time paper pushing and lawyer talking than engineering excellent aircraft. Boeing get your focus back on aircraft, not moving money around and "deals"
Absolutely! Boeing’s legacy is built on safety and innovation, so if they focus on that core strength, they can turn things around. ✈️ They’ve got the experience; now it’s time to just deliver on what they do best - building safe, reliable planes! 🛠️ No shortcuts needed, just solid engineering. Boeing's got this! 💪🌎
You must have finely tuned rear end. Boeing and Airbus commercial airplanes are so blandly alike, it is like Ford vs. Chevy. No real difference, but people create an emotional connection to a brand. And if there is a noticeable difference between Boeing and Airbus it is because the airline decided to differentiate their interior (wider seats, more legroom, more comfortable seats, better mood lighting, etc.). I look forward to a young COMAC entering the competition, and seeing how if fares against the two old timers.

The first step in rising from the ashes is to stop SCREWING UP - and Boeing is world-class at screwing things up.
That's what happens when you place your product in the hands of incompetence.

“It’s working till it doesn’t”. This should be the new motto.

😂😂 you must be kidding, Airbus has left Boeing for dust!
STOP looking for easy solutions and just do what Boeing says they can do…..namely build a safe plane

Hi
Hello!
if it's boeing i'm not going shit planes airbus is the best value your life
I flew on most models of planes from Boeing and Airbus. I do prefer Airbus planes. More room and quiet. The comfort is way better than Boeing.
