It can be used as followup, obviously you only get it back for turn 3 at the earliest (for one of Kitt/Cartesia/Albion to send retribution if you didn't search it turn 1 or run 2 of it). People have even been running more High Spirits sends such as Titaniklad to get Ecclesia (the religious one) in the end phase and search Fleurdelis for an extra interruption due to running Nadir's Servant for Thrust as well.

@@Enyalus87 searchable super poly that banishes is actually insane vs matchups it's good against going first. I've eaten an opponent's board of Mirrorjade + lubellion + aluber into prosk with lost on the field. Their jade couldn't even trigger bc of Lost and I got back an Albion which made the merc I searched off Lost live. You just have to be aware that not every line makes Banishment live (e.g some Rindbrumm lines that don't start with Aluber don't end with a Despia or revivable Fusion monster in grave until one of your fusions dies first). And the whole dies to called by thing too.
@@lkindness chain Branded in red to evenly, make Dragostapelia with Ad Lib + Mirrorjade so it gets banished face up, evenly resolves letting you keep Drago and ad lib triggers on a new chain to summon back mirrorjade. This way evenly only trades with one interruption and you still have 2 fusions with live effects on the field (Mercourier is also still live if you have it)
Would need a completely different build to fit it all in most likely. The new support makes it hard to find room if you're trying to keep the deck size small. I've seen 60 card Branded Tearlament builds run it since poly has the additional synergy with the Tear monsters. I know that there are things I excluded in this build for room issues that I would consider before the patchwork package still.

Branded Tear builds are interesting but less consistent than just regular tear with all the additional stuff that aren't good mills not to mention the larger deck size. I'm still experimenting with different techs/non-engine in pure bystial Branded to see what works best and what combination of high spirits and/or deployment to run.
Awesome vid! I was encouraged by a buddy to play High Spirits and upon realizing how I could dodge ash and net so much recursion; I up'd it to 3x! I've also, been playing with Droplets as well.. What do you think about it in branded? I've got a build I plan on trying in ranked.
Droplet is ok, a lot of things it covers overlaps with super poly and is usually less impactful in those matchups but there are random things it can hit like adamancipator I guess. Main issue is that neither super poly or droplet are particularly good vs Tear and I'm hesitant to include too many cards that are bad against Tear.

@Crouton- yes, it is. It's not just the stutter. He loses his train of thought mid sentence frequently. His videos are poorly formatted resulting in longer than necessary runtime. The stutter is only a small portion of my grievances with the videos that absolutely could be solved with scripting, doing multiple takes, and polishing up the videos. It's better to talk over pre-recorded gameplay rather than live commentate too in a game like yugioh. you are missing the point entirely. Quit your white knighting.

Ad libitum couldn't get a mirrorjade that's been banished face down by evenly though right? What do you do with bir in the face of evenly?

Actually very nice concept but I cant see myself cutting deployment. The card just does too much. Seems nice for a 60 card build tho
