I made this tonight it was simple amazing! I added some walnuts to the mix and on top and a few chocolate chips when it came out of the oven. It was moist delicious and fluffy the texture was spot on my trick is not over mixing the batter at all once the flour is incorporated gently stop mixing! That makes for a fluffy moist cake!
Loved that you used a square pan! I was looking all over for a recipe like this because I don’t have a proper loaf pan! So I will make your recipe for sure and less sugar! I’m gifting it also and my friend doesn’t like a lot of sugar I may add some chocolate chips also!❤️
I just got done putting it in my oven! I followed your recipe 👍😊 I've made it once before. I'm not a fan of seeds so that's the only reason why I eat just a bite. (The bananas have tiny little black seeds)😕 it's just in my head...and there's the problem 😉 Thank you for posting your recipe 👍😍
I have used self raising flour instead. And added raisin and sunflower seeds. Also, slightly less sugar(used fine brown sugar) 😍. I'll let you know how it turns out later. Its in the oven now. I have put 180degree for 50mins and then see if it needs longer, as I am using loaf pan instead of the square pan. Thanks for your recipe.
Thanks for the great recipe. I did tweak a little to suit my familys taste. For any baked good that calls for cinnamon I like to spice the fruit instead of the flour with adding we like nutmeg, a little allspice and a splash of lemon extract. All I had was vegan egg nog, no milk. I "soured" it like buttermilk with fresh lemon. Also added in pecans, walnuts and raisins. Besides that I followed your measurements as close as possible. Not able to find measuring spoons I tried my hand at weighing the flour 1 c = 125g and baking powder 2.5g . Even with my changes it came out exactly how we like it very moist super delicious 🤓. I saw someone comment to dry. In baking the are many variables. From the season wheat was picked, % of protein in the wheat, egg size, altitudes, oven heat, all differ in location. I used a toaster oven which cooks hotter in the back than front, so when I bake cookies or pie I have to rotate it for even baking, I put the temp higher for proper rise. Batter consistency should be watched throughout mixing before baking. Thanks again for a great recipe 🤓
Oh dang… I didn’t top it with the walnuts I added it into the mix as per the instructions “mix in the rest of the ingredients” hopefully it turns out good… in oven now
I do like this recipe and I am using it, but it was very difficult to read the white text of ingredients in your video. I had to use the description part.
Delicious recipe although I had to cook it much longer ...so I went back to the video and got confused bcuz on screen it says 325 but in some of the comments you say 350 in response to questions...so this time I am going to bake at 350 ... I’m using a loaf pan so we’ll see.. but no doubt..it is very delicious so this is my second time making it ... ty so much... much appreciated
So i read through all the comments looking for the temp and cook time. Here it is guys. You can do: 325 for 60 min or 350 for 50 min 🍌 🍞 youre welcome.
Just a tip or 2 I wish u would’ve done from a viewers point of view: 1. Show us when ur mixing the butter eggs flower etc so we can make sure our consistency matches urs…. I feel like mine was a little thick and I did add some oil to it… it’s in the oven now so I guess I’ll see soon. Might post an update. 2. Also for convenience since most ppl watching this are trying to bake, mix, etc these things need our attention so instead of only writing instructions on the screen maybe do that in addition to voicing what the instruction said so that we don’t have to keep looking at screen for instruction. Or at least post instructions in description. 3. Lastly please tell us what to preheat oven to in beginning. I had to scroll to almost end to find out temp.
Hope u don’t take this as hate but as a way to help u gain views and subscribers with great videos. I jus know most ppl would jus move to another video and I’d like to give u the feedback u need instead of jus scroll on
I made it and it was very good! I loved how you didn’t use a lot of sugar. Thank you for the very good recipe we enjoyed it and we did add a touch of butter which was good. 🥰👍
I get the US uses cups for measuring I have purchased some especially for US recipes but I can't get the art of tablespoons of butter 🤔....flat...rounded or heaped ??? it just doesn't seem very precise to me especially with baking...in the UK we would state ounces or grams for such an ingredient....help please ....thanks Jane...North Wales UK 🇬🇧
Hi Jane! Butter usually comes in a stick which equals 8 tablespoons . The bar indicates the tablespoons. Also, you can fill up the tablespoons with butter and make it flat by scraping the excess butter with a knife to make the measurement exact.
Going in the oven soon as it pre heats. I think mine will take a little longer though as I'm using a bread loaf pan. Might let it go a extra 20 minutes but I'll keep a close eye on it after 50 if it's not done.
I just made this but I added Crushed walnuts and Dark chocolate chips , I made Muffins and a Loaf of the banana Bread, I will let you know how it turns out. It is in the oven NOW..I also added pure Vanilla Not imitation...
My videos are made for people that want to learn how to bake or cook. In my video the ingredients are explained step by step with measurements as well. If you don’t want to take the time to watch it then unfortunately it will not work out for you. Good luck!
I don't see any nuts added or incorporated during the process or on the list of ingredients. Just saw the nuts on top of the bread after it was cooked.
This was actually one of my very first videos and the part where I add the nuts does not show. But I did add the nuts to the batter and topped it with nuts as well.

What temperature for how long I miss that
Hi! Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr and 10 min but check at 50 minutes because depending on your oven it might be shorter time. Enjoy!
What temperature I'm going to do 350 I guess LOL can't wait to try it though
Hi! You will bake at 325 for 50 minutes 😉
I wish someone would show the bananas while still in their peel. That way we all know just how ripe they should be
You will see a bunch of black spots or almost completely black . Those are the best bananas to use.
ONLY A SLOW PERSON WOULD SUGGEST THAT 🙄🤡
@MarkusMann-v2d that's not nice. Please Be Kinder... not all people are used to baking.
@@johnniejohnson6420 and that's sad as a grown person 🙄
Dude trolling from a comment 3 years ago. Get a life.
Baked this today and am giving it to my sister, I will let you know how it tastes when I bring it over to her!

Thank you so much! Next time try cutting the banana in half and remove the seeds with a small knife. 😉
@@blancaestelaskitchen that's what I usually do when I eat a banana & strawberries. I'll try that next time Thank you Blanca 💖
*I peel my strawberries
Might help? if you tell us what temperature and how long to bake bread
Did you watch the entire video? Bake at 325 for 60 minutes.

When did you add the nuts?
Can I replace baking soda w 2tsp of baking powder instead?
Sorry but you will need the baking soda for this recipe.
How long did you cook it?
Do U make hawaain banana bread
With pineappleinstead of nuts
Crushed pineapple.
You can! Just make sure you drain your pineapple very well.
This recipe was so easy and came out delicious! I used small disposable loaf pans and it was enough for two. Thanks for sharing and I subscribed!
Yay!! Thank you so much for subscribing 👍
Can I bake this in a loaf pan?
Hi! Yes you may!
Delicious; made banana nut bread for the 1st time ever last night & it was scrumptious! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. ❤️❤️❤️
Hello I have a question when did you add walnuts
Once you put the batter in the pan you top it off with the walnuts then bake.
18x8 centimeters or inches?
can i make it without baking powder?
Yes you may! The texture might be a little different, less fluffy but will still taste good 👍
Is this recipe in a place that’s written down somewhere?
What size pan?
You can use a loaf pan 9x5
When do you add the nuts and what kind, Walnuts, Pecans?
I add walnuts once you pour the batter in the pan. Top it off with walnuts and then bake! Thank you for watching!
Is this recipe written down somewhere where I can copy it or take a picture of it?
Hi! Yes it is below in the description of the video.
How much and when do you add the nuts ???????
Hi! Add the nuts once you pour the batter in the pan right before placing it in the oven to bake. Enjoy!

Thank you thank you!! Yes that was one of my first videos and the temp was wrong. 325 is the correct and for longer.
So i read through all the comments looking for the temp and cook time.

You can do: 325 for 60 min or 350 for 50 min

WhAt degree 350?
Can't find time and temperature??
Hi! The temp is 350 degrees and you bake for about an hour, all ovens are different. Check in your bread at 40 minutes. Enjoy!
I wanted to make individual loads for my Christmas treat bags and forgot the pans at the store so I'm turning the bread into muffins -(
That should work! And you can even wrap them individually.
🔥🔥🔥
What nuts ?
She did say what temperature or how long?😧😧😧😧😧😧😧
Hi. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
This shows 325 not 350

The title says Banana NUT bread. I didn’t see any nuts as an ingredient.
This was one of my first videos and I noticed after posting it. I do apologize. Add a few pieces to the batter and sprinkle on top before baking.
At what time the walnuts were added? She didn’t show if she will do it before baking or after 🤔
Add to batter and sprinkle on top right before baking.
