You can freeze mashed bananas, just add lemon juice to prevent browning. Place in Ziploc bag(qt.) And remove air and flatten. Place in freezer. Just some helpful advice. Love your chickens, and gardening. I love dehydrating and canning too.

Just used my overripe bananas last night & made a banana sheet cake with vanilla frosting. I think next batch of ripe bananas I will make this! Thanks for sharing❤️

I just finished your recipe for dehydrated onions. I have one of your cookbooks and absolutely love it. Now I will make this bread. I do put parchment paper in my bread pans ( hang up over sides.) when I bake bread I just lift out and no stuck pieces. then cut my bread, leaving the parchment in place, then slide the cut bread into my bread bag.)

I was looking at our overripe bananas earlier today and wishing I had a good, easy recipe that wouldn't mess up every bowl in the kitchen. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! It looks wonderful!

Morning - here it is 7:30am. I saw your video on banana nut bread - this looks so good. I wish I had bananas so I could make a loaf for breakfast with my tea. Oh well - later is going to be good too. Have a blessed day. God bless you from grandma Katie in Oregon

Get to the kitchen, woman, and have some fun!😂 You can do it! If it turns out good, that's wonderful! If it's not good, and that happens at some time to all of us, get rid of the evidence!🤫

Mary Murphy 🤣🤣🤣🤣 not gonna happen, I don’t have any kids my husband is gone and he was the chef. The bakery does a far better job than I could ever dream of. It is pretty funny though. I do like watching people cook and bake.😂😂😂😂

I love banana cake. I don't think there is any difference between bread and cake but the shape.

Looks great. I am not a cook or baker, but I will try your very easy recipe. Question could I add a little peanut butter and call it an "ELVIS Peanut Butter and Banana Bread". ??? Mike from Lake Orion.

Is it AP or SR flour? I’m thinking SR since you didn’t add baking powder or salt, right?
