Man, quite a bit. Taking the whole quarter off and then putting one on and matching paint. All in all will end up with at the minimum $1000 and that's not even for parts. The quarters online are only 80% up and cost 250 ish so if you want full quarters to the roof you're gonna need to also find a junkyard car and cut them out as well. And if you want to do everything right, start with the rockers, inner and outer wheel well, quarter and you'll have to do some of the front window frame and the whole floor pan, so all in all, without cost of parts included a shop will charge about 5-10,000$.
