Piet I've watched your videos😊and yes like a lot.
Oue I for 25+years have had a baboon problem=dogs to vet, cut down fruit trees, put up a 2m fence with razor wire on top=done all the things pro baboon people want, which honestly is a no go.
I was attacked by one 04/04/24=medi clinic and 2 of my dogs to vet.
I've reported it to CNC etc...heard nothing from them...
Piet I'm no boffin, my dad taught me what I know...he was a zoologist.
I'm constantly hammered by pro baboon people...saying I should have sprayed that baboon with a garden hose..I haven't sworn at them but thier logic is...😅insane.
I've been watching your videos for awhile now and would have thought you would have caught on why the baboons are seeing you... but you haven't. IT'S YOUR GLASSES. There literally a reflective lens made to reflect light. I thought it was the dumbest thing ever when Vortex came out with there glasses with shiny lens. There made for going to the grocery store NOT hunting or evading detection.

Awesome shot can’t describe the feeling after something like that.. I got use to moving long range shots via coyote.. it’s amazing how well you can get to know your gear well enough to make shots like that often your very instinctively with your shooting it’s definitely an advantage a lot of people don’t gave

Hey Piet, habe you ever been 'ambushed' and had a baboon or some other predator sneek up behind you, or in front of you suddenly and you have to go to your Glock? I remember the video you made a while ago where you had mentioned that, but wasn't sure if you had it happen i had it happen twice to me before. Once when I was coyote hunting and a coyote came up behind me and was ready to attack me with a friend of his or mate. Another time, I had a feral dog, a big pit bull/shepherd mix that came out after me. Took 9 9mm shots, hollowpoints with a tungsten penetrator. Tough animal. Got my backpack and almost got me.
