    These look delicious as everything you bake does! Very complex receipt but I'm sure they are worth every step. I LOVE sweet potatoes so maybe on a day with very little else going on, I'll give them a try because I imagine they are as delicious as they are beautiful! If I ever do, I'll send a picture. They may not look as nice as yours do here, but I'm quite sure they will taste just the same. Thank you, as always, for your interesting yet mouthwatering recipes! You have a gift given by God. Please, never stop sharing with us. A nice cup of hot coffee and a delicious sweet potatoe masterpiece, what could be better for a snowy day? I can't think of many things that's for sure.       안녕하세요 ! 샹티크림을 제외한 구성품 따로 다 만들어두시고, (쉘, 아몬드크림, 고구마 졸임, 고구마 크림등) 다음날 쉘에 크림채워 굽는 작업과 몽타주 작업하시면 될것 같아요☺️ 혹 판매하신다면 쉘은 미리구워 냉동해놓고 아침에 전날 만들어둔 고구마 커스터드, 졸임을 올려 작업하시면 됩니다 :)! 샹티크림은 미리 올려두면 분리되기때문에 사용전에 올려주셔야 해요☺️

      안녕하세요 :) 따듯한 상태에서 부드럽게 으깨면 만들만 할거에요! 다만 블렌더 없이 으깨 사용하면 고구마 덩어리로 몽블랑 깍지가 쉽게 막힐 수 있기 때문에, 데코에 사용되는 고구마 페이스트는 체에 한번 걸러주시는걸 추천 드려요!

      우녹스 xf135 모델인데 지금은 단종이라 중고 구매하셔야 할거에요😭 컨디션에 따라 조금씩 차이가 있겠지만 황학동 같은데서 80만원 정도에 구매 가능해요 :)!
