Love the side embellishers. Paint match looks good too, sounds like you've got the ageing in hand. I've done similar matching the patina on new PK side panels. With the stickers you can use acetone/nail polish remover and very gently dab some colour off and rub some dirt in to age them.
MB Scooters do brass quick action throttle wheel and gear wheel, nice throttle action with a satisfying click when you close the throttle... Good vid Rob..✌❤🛵
@@kickbackgarage also, sorry Rob, forgot to mention, I got a GP, 5mm roll pins, good thing about the MB GP wheels have 4 little grub screws as well as roll pins, very strong, worth a look if you get a GP in with dodgy nylon wheels.... they also do brass olives and brass bar ends, and those other bits inside..lol
Isn't it the LD that has a weird kickstart setup?, they like to chuck the external return spring up the road so the kickstart goes all floppy lol. (IIRC unless I'm thinking of the wrong one lol)
I am liking the red rims! 👌👍
Me too!

I really couldn't imagine Steve McQueen jumping over the barb wire fence on a lambo!
He'd pudle off down South, no doubt waved on by Italian guards, Ciao!
Great vid Rob, going to enjoy watching the work on that beauty of yours 👍👍👍👍
Can't wait to see how the old girl comes out

Forgot to say, it's a GP upgrade to the original nylon rubbish..
These older scooter loopy John items have splines for the older scooters. 😎

Lambretta upgrades ,,
Luv these my luvly ,why not do something say with a Royal Alloy 200 or oomph up a 150, keep up the excellent interesting vids.
Because I'm simply a classics only guy. Royal alloy haven't got a distributor in Norway.
@@kickbackgarage thank god 😉
Wish my liver could take a whiskey but my hard drinking days got the better of it 🥃
I got a lambretta series 1 Mugello 198 kit with 30mm carburetor I just ordered a Taffy style exhaust any good?
No Idea. Never used one. 🤷♂️

They are heavily over engineered. They look good but are really quirky. I quite fancy one for the challenge. 🤣
@@kickbackgarage You crazy Man haha and yes, bonkers how they've simplified them over the years (Thankfully!)
Nice Ld
It looks nice but it is miss behaving!
@@kickbackgarage yes, mine is misbehaving also the French Ld waiter 😆
