Joe has revolutionized our gaming community. When Frostgrave first came out, it was world changing moment for us (No more Warhammer Fantasy/ Age of Sigmar). We played the hell out of it. Can't wait for more.

Solo/Co-Op! KWOOOOOOOL! Joe really spoils us. Ash's enthusiasm for this project is so charming.

Whew, loving this game. I feel it has helped almost fill PART of the gap left by Mordheim etc.

Man I love McCulloughs games. I played/ran a Last Prospector campaign but introduced the solo bounty hunter missions that we had to play through if we maxed out negative relations with a faction. I wanna do that again but as a prelude to eternal hope.

Oh my days, a grand campaign! Quarantine 37: your crew is stranded on a space station in the Ghoul Stars. You escape but are intercepted by an imperial fleet and you and your crew are chucked into the brig because of where you’ve just come from and what you’ve seen.
The Last Prospector plus Bounty Hunter: an Agent of the =][= has gone missing but managed to get a message out. A high inquisitor grabs you and your crew and “employs” you to find him.
Eternal Hope: you and what’s left of your crew are tasked with following up on the agents leads.

I really like the Stargrave minis. I just picked a few up two days ago and I've decided to just collect them all pretty much just because. The Doctor Who Wookie looking guy my fiance grabbed because she loves sasquatch and nothing beats a sasquatch looking alien with a cyber arm and a flamer. I started painting up some Rogue Star minis to use in Space Station Zero, but they would fit perfectly as a half crew since I used the experienced 5 man crew to be space pirate smugglers.

Any plans for a playthrough? "Paxton Hope", maybe?

I was thinking of playing it with my crew from Dead or Alive, which is the previous Solo campaign.
btw, the turn order is different for Dead or Alive (it's Captain => Gang => First Mate => Soldiers) and you get piled on a lot.

Really need to stop slacking on my Kill Team minis so I can make a Stargrave crew.

Thanks for reviewing this. For a player new to Stargrave planning a solo campaign, would you recommend playing this before or after quarantine 37?

For strictly solo play would you recommend this or Five Parsecs from Home?

    This looks awesome!
What are your thoughts on how to prepare opposition minis without spoiling the story/missions?

This sounds like that Mass Effect 2 Suicide Mission in miniature format… And I love it for that. My only question is what is the meta-game that Stargrave (in general) has because I want to hop in for Solo play but I love the crunchy meta game side of games like GorkaMorka, Necromunda and Mordheim.

Why must I wait another 2 weeks for it to be released . . . .

Are we going to see this played through?

I like that you don't slowly turn every. Single. Page. Like some TH-cam reviewers of Mccullough books, but it is handy/interesting to know what minis and terrain you will need to play through
