I've been close to 100% on picking my pitchers. Unfortunately it's been on the bad side. Keep your head up mate. It's been a hard year

Frank is right about the compensatory issues with Royce - Royce has a history of knee issues and this is just a process. So long as he can avoid further knee injuries, I feel fairly optimistic things can settle down. But the Twins won't roll him out unhealthy because doing so will put him at a risk of a further knee injury. Vicious cycle but I am optimistic for keeper/dynasty.
Talk about a meltdown: I have Cease, Rodon & Gausman.
Let’s just say my team ERA collapsed from 3.35 on June 1 to 3.76 on July 1.

Chris, can you please explain how you expect “most” batted balls with an .xba of .470 to be hits? Or is the R^2 value non-normative?
I guess it’s like how many people believe it must be “voter fraud” when a candidate with a ~50% chance of winning an election loses. Meanwhile, many of those same people will spend tons of money gambling, genuinely expecting to win. 🤦🏽♂️

Do we like Pepiot tonight guys? I dropped Gil for Pepiot and I will be streaming my pitcher spot on roto. I am in first place in my league but chasing wins while hopefully retaining good ratios. I also need more K/9.

Traded Gil, Bregman in May for Trout, and Jaren Duran. I’m a Sox fan and I overvalue Trout but I got lucky on that trade 😂

Manny Ramirez did it for far more years than Judge. I guess if you want to factor in speed, defense, leadership, Manny's PED use, etc...Judge is the better player. And Chris mentioned Miguel Cabrera. Did it for far more years, with no PED implications. Judge would need to do this for another four to five years to be up there with them.
Chris Towers is brutal.
I traded Gil a week ago for Luis Castillo. Not sure how I am feeling, because Castillo hasn’t exactly been setting world on fire.

Can Judge do it more than 3x before we declare him a better overall hitter than Pujols or Miggy.

Great comment. I have a big-time amount of respect for Judge. That said, he has to do it for another half dozen years to be officially put on their career level. He IS on his way📈
It is foolish to have bench hitters in points leagues. Horwitz playing 4/7 games is tough, given that dynamic.
Yes!!! Thank you! I have been preaching to the choir a long time on this! In my Leagues, I have 3 bench spots and 95% of the time, they are filled by SP’s. The only time I would bench hitters would be on shorter slates, when I felt like a hitter on the wire could help better than a mediocre option at SP.
