We bought a 2024 kia telluride ex and really like it. I NEVER thought I would ever own a Kia. Now the real test is to see how dependable it is in the next 3 or 4 yrs...we shall see...
That’s what my friend surprisingly said when he starts to open a door. He never thought how solid build it is and it’s from KIA. Unfortunately most of people just doesn’t able to get rid of the stigma about korean cars.
i own a telluride 2022 with a bench which was a must for us. Coming upto 4 years in and i can unanimously say it's been one of the best vehicles i have ever bought. This is saying something as i've bought many of the premium german brands too. The reason for this; the car is so practical for a family of 5+, the 3rd row was actually great space wise for my kids, super reliable car, no issues in 4 years. The only problems were self inflicted i.e. my son breaking the sun shades in the back!!! I'm in the market looking for new 7 seater and honestly for the practicality, looks and the money you pay, you'll struggle to find an alternative which touches this car, having owned it for almost 4 years i know 1st hand. I was looking for more lux, more brute speed in the new car with all the previous benefits of the telluride but that's been impossible to find plus naturally I will need to stretch my budget to accommodate. I wouldn't mind if all my reqs are addressed but so far that's not been the case. I'm now considering trading in and getting the new Kia telluride 2025!!
Theres no such thing as reliability in vehicles anymore. Every single company has pretty much ditched that idea. Everything is pretty much being built to last about 100k miles on average which lets be honest, most probably won't even make it that far. But it is a problem for ppl that just need a car that they can take care of, pay off, and keep forever...
Bought a Telluride and 3 months (3,700 miles) later the engine was blown needing replacement!!! 😮Done with KIA!!! Who wants a new replacement engine just to go through that all over again. You get what you pay for folks!
I’m on my second Telluride. Had a 2020 S which was great for $36k. Traded it for a 2023 SX Prestige, which has virtually every option, because the wheels on the S model have become atrocious!Comfortable & full of amenities but STILL no dual exhaust? The sticker was $53k with an added $6k dealer markup, (which they removed after I flatly refused to pay as a returning customer), and KIA won’t upgrade the exhaust. Maybe not on the lower trim levels but there’s nothing “prestigious” about a single exhaust on a $50k+ SUV! I don’t see myself buying a third KIA. For a $17k difference in price I was just as happy with my 2020.
Hey Ben. Can you help answer this question? Love my new 2025 teluride sx xline. But, have a question about the display screen auto dimming at night. I don't want it to dim. I want it the same level of brightness I get during the day. I couldn't find any information on now to shut off/on this option. Thanks for any help you can provide!
Its so odd, Kia's best selling SUV still has the old infotainment system while the rest has the CCnc software with OTA updates and wireless carplay AA...
@eugene44569 nuh uh infinity qx 80 is the best recently refreshed mote features than all others. Just upgrade every 5yrs. And second is kia telluride cheapest of all and has a lot of features and latest tech acura and kexus have small screens or smaller than this.
@@eugene44569I love my Lincoln mkc had it for 5 years now is great on the sn I live in Fairview my driveway is 300 feet long a slight up hill to my house n lady year I had any where from 2 feet it got me to my house ev day no trouble never been in the shop except for maintenance has the 2.3 turbo really gets up and goes
They do… my 2024 Telluride has it.. but guess what… after 1 year you have to pay $200 a year to have immobilizer, voice command, remote engine start, app features like “where is my car”, road side assistance, and unlock/lock car from app. ETC. Kia connect membership. I understand some things but you have to pay for an immobilizer on a $55,000 car?????

Toyota is living on their reputation. Eventually the truth will catch up. Probably, maybe.

I sell these. They’ve been 50000 since the launch in 2020. Also put my kid through college on the Telluride alone!😂

Go into setup then vehicle. Its under display. Auto dim ...brightness or off. All on that area.
@@waynearbour8109 Thanks for the reply. However, there is no option there for dim/auto or other.

Anyone know if the battery drain issues in the 2025 Carnival have been fixed?
