Looks like an Orville Les Paul Custom. Firstly, it says "Orville" on the headstock. You can tell it's a Custom by the fret markers; A Les Paul Standard has trapezium shaped markers, a Custom has box shaped markers. Also the white binding around the edge of the guitar.
