    I am 73 and late diagnosed. I relate to all of those. Going gluten free was absolutely life changing, and delayed prcessing has been my cryptonite. I have above average intelligence, but often have appeared stupid to some co workers and supervisors. It hasnt been easy but my ability to hyper focus and stick with a task has compensated for my delayed processing.

      @@cherylyoke4872 Delayed processing is such a hard one. Yay for hyperfocus. Just be careful not to overdo it and burn yourself out. I'll be sharing a cheeky gf easy dinner idea in an upcoming video.

      It's so expensive and most people ca t get a formal diagnosis because of it. I'm glad you're here.

    I heard that are grains have changed , also that spelt is way better

      @@marcellavlooijen3605 Grains have changed over the years in the manufacturing processes. Anything closest to their original form is definitely better for you but with coeliac disease, all gluten should be avoided. The consequences to not eating a gluten free diet can be deadly with a much higher risk of getting cancer.

    Why speed speech up? Can't understand it

    • @LateDiagnosed
      @LateDiagnosed  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If you slow the playback speed, you'll be able to understand it. I sped it up because I waffled on about my special interest and didn't think anyone would be interested in hearing it.
