LOL collar is on backward. The plate directs the prongs to go different directions from the front (trachea). The chain goes in the back where the leash is fastened on the "live" ring. Herm Sprenger USA website (collar manufacturer) shows in a video how the collar should be placed.
Yo I’m trying out prong collars and the TH-cam will say high on neck but when you do that at least on my dogs they end up by what feels to be their Adam’s apple witch if you put it on yourself hurts and lingers. There have been other videos where gsd have them lower I don’t know why ??? Maybe skip prong and go to ecollar
For those who think the collar is on backward, here's what I think: th-cam.com/video/J2-ByUeB8SQ/w-d-xo.html
Let me know if you agree!
I was shown that the ring to clip the leash is on top. So I have been using it wrong?

Sweet D-Dee, ❤You were such an amazing dog!💔
I thought the plate was supposed to go over the trachea?

Incorrect
This is wrong placement
Lol, nope it is perfect placement.
How ??? Explain idiot. !!!!!
This is very inaccurate. The part that supports trachea goes over the trachea.
