@@Straswa let’s hope they started to double pack the chases and rares for the LA class that is shipping this time around. The previous case assortment made it very hard to find any of them.
I’d like to see somebody make some 3D add-on pieces like a cockpit cannon that snaps on over the droid socket as well as some longer and sturdier wing cannon replacements and nose cone extension.
I wish they did an actual Dark Empire mold instead of just repainting the 2020s redesign. :( Then again Jazwares isn't known for preserving every corner from the cut. :/
Personally, I always thought the third cannon looked stupid (it literally prevents the cockpit from opening) so I prefer the changes made to the design in the Ahsoka show.
@@Youcannotfalter interesting! I just looked it up and it looks like the action fleet one nailed the dark empire version. Yes this seems more like a repaint. Although this is the first foray into Legends so who knows what else we will see!
@@kmtanner04 The action fleet version absolutely does replicate the E wing from Dark Empire but the MGS version is not the Dark Empire E wing, its false to put that tag on it. Jazwares have done this before with the 40th anniversary A Wing when it clearly was not that version. Id recommend giving Dark Empire a read, its a phenomenal part of Star Wars.
@@davidwatchesyoutube now that they have a mold my guess is that we see a Mando N1 with an r5 that goes in the droid port. Also, we could get Red Leader since he has an R5 unit also.
It was actually the first non-r2 astromech mold in the series, if I remember correctly, since the Disneyland Millennium Falcon came with Hondo and his droid back in series 2, pretty sure you can get it on their site now
@@joshDammmit haha! No idea on Walmart but my guess is would be any week now they should start showing up. Preorders from Amazon show October 16 ship date. Hopefully sometime around then.
Great review Kevin, the Dark Empire E-wing looks great. I hope I can find one of these someday.

Glad you got one. Great review, man!!

@@decadentdave great idea!
Hopefully if they remake this as a common in a future series they release Jek-14's E Wing as the Chase version.

Exactly, the new ones shapes are so different and it's missing the top canon

OMG I want an E Wing

Dark Empire E Wing is a massive stretch.

I just hope they release that droid in other, more common sets.

When is this thing shipping and I guess I’ve gotta start hanging out at Walmart?? Yippee?

It would have been nice if they could have included an R7. Heck even a repainted R2 have been better then the R5. Such a strange inclusion.
Remember the R7!
Dark empire the comic book?
@@JedimillerReturns to be honest I am not sure! I need to do more research into where these come from haha.
@@kmtanner04 well dark empire is a comic from the 90s by darkhorse. I read them all. I think those ships were in there. That is awesome
