Sir without load 56 watt load show karta hai aur 100watt ka load deta hu toh 0watt ho jata hai. Aur battery per chal nahi rha hai. Mains disconnect karne ke baad. Battery per on karte hi beep aata hai aur wapis off ho jata hai
It seems invertor section mein issue hai,
Khon sa model hai LCD or LED.

You discribe about the mother board of on line ups very deeply. It is very useful for the repair of UPS.
I have a UPS, gives bus error code 62
and some Times works on mains quite right, but when put off mains it goes shut off and 24 or 4 inv code appears on display. I will be highly obliged if you have some time to tell me the possible fault.

how to see the inverter igbt pulse waveform and voltage??
waveform can be seen by Oscilloscope, take -ive comman n put probe on gate,
same for measuring voltage but multimeter should be capable to measure high frequency.

Not possible to modified at 48V.
Because at this low voltage losses increases.
In next month a Complete English version of this Card will be uploaded.
